The room was clean and exactly as described. The TV was glitchy like it was having trouble connecting. The lobby smelled like the pool which was located in close proximity. Breakfast was great each day.

Been staying here for a while. Breakfast has been declining over the last several months. May start heading to one of the other hotels nearby due to this. But, the service of the front desk is always excellent.

Nice, quiet, close to everything I needed for my trip. Very nice room, I wish I could have stayed the weekend and enjoyed the surrounding area, Grand Rapids, lake Michigan, Grand Haven....

the beds are comfortable but we had to beg for them to bring us fresh towels and that is all they did. Pick up the dirty towels and leave fresh ones. Never made or changed the bedding during a 6 night stay. We had to take trash down to large trash can by the elevator. Room was never vacuumed and floor in bathroom never swept.

Room was not cleaned properly. Change left around base of bed and food crumbs all around the heater/air conditioning. Where the old thermostat was at you could see the old holder for it and exposed wires. The bathroom room stuck so bad in the door frame that my wife got stuck in the bathroom until I shoved the door open. The card reader on the door was broke and fixed with electrical tape. The main door of the room was so crooked that you have a roughly inch to two inch gap on the left side bottom of the door. The walls are so paper thin you could easily hear your neighbors on each side and even above you. The couch was dirty and stained enough that I didn’t dare even sit on it. The last one is more of a rant about the pictures on the site. We have stayed in suites before and I would not consider this a suite. It is all one room with just a make shift door way to the bedroom. Most suites have a separate actual room with a door for the bedroom.

Wonderful hotel; great value
Everything was truly top-notch: Friendly and helpful staff, lively room, very nice breakfast. As a minor thing, the lobby looks very sterile upon entering. It immediately made me think of lower-quality hotels, which this is far superior to. Some additional "decor" might help?

Beautiful, clean hotel, convenient location
Everything was great, I didn’t arrive until 12:15AM because my previous reservation was overbooked and this was a replacement for my other hotel, but there was still someone waiting to check me in at the desk. She seemed slightly rude after realizing my address was nearby? Or for some other reason, I’m not sure. But aside from that I had an amazing experience and wish I could have stayed longer! Very clean, lots of nice parts of the room, aside from the remote only being to respond to a command every five seconds, making it a bit annoying to watch something on the television. 10/10

no soap in shower or on sink. front desk said it was on back order. only shower gel available. asked for some to be brought down and they said we had to come to desk to get it, looking at bed sheets and pillow slips, they don't look necessarily clean either. only fluffed up.

The property it’s pretty good, I really feel comfortable there. The only thing that I didn’t like is that there is no bathroom inside the pool area.
