I guess I shouldn’t complain because I paid $73.00 on short notice for the room, but the floors had not been cleaned/swept there was visible dirt on the entire floor and neither had the toilet or sink been cleaned. There was red stuff smeared in the sink and stuff left on the toilet. I went to the neighboring gas station to use the restroom. I’m only sleeping here for a night so I’m settling but I don’t know if I’d return until the “housekeeping needed” sign disappears. Also had a random woman knock on my door asking for someone around 8:30 PM which was unsettling because she seemed out of it.

The front desk closing at 8 is not very convenient. Card coder was broken so someone had to let me in my room. No shampoo but a note saying you could call the front desk and the front desk is closed. I called and bo one answered. The room was ok but reminded me more of a hospital room than a hotel room.

The room appeared to be clean. However, there were no towels in the room . No blanket or Bed spread on the bed. They only had a fitted sheet , a flat sheet and the pillow cases. The fitted sheet had a big blue stain on the left side. We were on Rm 126, my friend in Rm 230, also had no blanket and No bedspread, but she had 1- towel. My husband went to the front desk and got 2- bath towels and 3- wash clothes . Since it has been extremely hot and humid we did not have a need for a blanket . However, about an hour after checking out I received a phone call from the hotel asking me for the Blanket and Bedspread. My husband and I explained that we never got them but he said that his housekeeper has been there for 2 years and never had an issue. My husband told him that when he asked the front desk for towels the manager on shift (Wednesday, August-2-2023 in the afternoon), the lady apologized and told him that the housekeeper is a new person. I feel insulted and very upset. This was our First and VERY LAST time that we stay with Extended Stay !!

Walked around the room after my shower. When I went to put my shoes on, my feet were black. That’s how dirty the floors were. Kids banging on the walls until after 1 a.m. No recommendations to go there.

I do recognize that the industry as a whole has staffing issues, but the hotel didn't seem to be staffed at all from 10pm on. I checked into my room late in the afternoon and immediately left. I didn't realize that there were no towels or blankets (there was one sheet on the bed), until I returned. I couldn't find anyone to assist me, including when I turned in my key at the desk at 8:30am the next morning.

There was a lot of animals here. Accidentally gave us a room that had someone in it already. There was dogs barking all night and morning. But there wasn’t any soap in our room. Also there was poop in the lobby on the floor. The staff was helpful though when there was the mix up. Not sure if I’d stay here again.

Extended on disrespecting guest!
First of all I complained to the front desk about noise on the second floor and was told they would call to let the guest know they're disruptive to other guest. There were sounds of running back and forth, stomping, banging and continuous bumping from 5pm to 3 am tried to call the office and walk upfront and it was closed. A total lack of respect for others, I was so disgusted at checkout I just took the cards upfront and left. I will NEVER stay here again!

The cost is ideal for a family on a budget but the property butts up to the freeway so it is very loud, there is no carpet so you can hear everyone in the hallway. The front desk had limited hours so I had to call to check out, my room didn't look like it had been cleaned, there were stains on the counter and used soap in the bathtub.

We stayed here for one night. The staff was very friendly and the check in was very fast. The room is very clean, the only complaint is that the room smelled horrible. It smelled like someone smoked in the room before us (it was a non-smoking room). We could barley sleep because of the smell. But if it wasn’t for the smell, it would have been 5 stars.

The stay and desk staff were great. Housekeeping was lousy. We stayed 3 nights and not once did housekeeping enter our room. Each night we had to go down to the front desk and get our own towels and coffee supplies. We told the front desk and they put us at the top of the list to get taken care of but it never happened.

Bathroom sink drains VERY slowly. Some guests are pretty loud. One night a neighboring room was playing music so loud it was vibrating my chair. Another day it sounded like one of the neighbors was tearing down a wall or something. Other than that I had a wonderful stay.

The hotel hallways look and feel like a college dorm. Since each room has a stove and microwave, nauseating smells abound. The African American male who works at the front desk is rude, curt and talks unnecessarily loudly. He will also talk over you if you don't provide him with information he wants from you. He's about as nasty as they come. The area around the hotel is not the safest and the hotel is located directly next to a major freeway. The rooms themselves are decent and have everything you need - it's just that the area around the hotel and the front desk staff tip the scales into the negative. Stay away from this one.

Well got into our room the door wouldnt open correctly had to lift up on the door. The bathroom door had a hole punched in it but they were waiting for doors to come in. Had to take our own trash out if i wanted to do that and make my bed i would of got a house to stay at. To wash clothes had to pay to wash clothes, butnhave stayed in similar places and didnt have to pay for laundry. Elevator was a little spooky riding in it. But staff was good not great but good. I would probably not stay at this particular establishment. I may try a different one but if the other establishments come up I would choose them first.

This hotel being an extended stay facility was great. Staff was not around most of the time due to the type of hotel. Saw very little of staff. Excellent price for the stay. Rooms clean upon arrival. Noisy because right next to freeway.

It reeked of cigarette smoke and animals. We immediately purchased all sorts of odorizer which made it bearable. This place has no coffee pots in the room nor in the lobby. Basically you have to bring your own coffee pot or leave to purchase coffee. There is no seating in the lobby.
