Cons: Staff to explain directions better.
Location: Very good!
I felt it was a smoking room,when l spoke to front desk they did spray,so was better, !

Central location; easy to find for people unfamiliar with Grande Prairie . Close to shopping and food choices.. overall good experience, except for the noisy air conditioner that kept. Cutting in and out .

We have noted your comments about the air conditioning; the system does shut down when the requested temperature has been reached. It also has a motion sensor that will shut down the system when nobody is in the room. That might explain the cutting in and out. Great service! Had a medical emergency on my way to Grande Prairie, had to have a package delivered to the hotel, package arrived to the hotel before I did, hotel took great care of it and handed it to me as soon as I was checking in

Great location, close to everything. Great staff, nice clean rooms. Will definitely stay there again.

enjoyed total experience

Pros: everything was great loved the flowing staircase nice touch
Cons: warmer water in pool
had a good time rooms very comfortable complimentary breakfast was very good very close to all amenities rooms were very quiet for the woman bathroom very large lots of counter space

Good hotel with an excellent Italian restaurant

Comfortable room only issue I had was all the vending machines in the building were not fully stocked. I went to all the floors and no Diet Pepsi!

Very accommodating and professional

A family trip (kids participating in a sports tournament). We arrived several hours before "official" checkin time, but we were still welcomed warmly and our room was ready for us. We twice ate dinner in the hotel restaurant (Padrino's) which also served us professionally and happily, despite us arriving with twice as many people in our group as we had reserved. Very happy that the breakfast buffet had enough gluten-free choices that the celiacs in our family could eat a hearty breakfast! Really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay here again

Overall happy!

Stayed here with a hockey team so it was a large group. Only thing they could improve is when they are catering to any teams they could use additional staff to to keep the pool in towels and to help with the breakfast. There was one man working the breakfast and he did an awesome job considering the amount of people he was dealing with. The pool was out of towels a few times which is not a good thing for anyone.
