Nice hotel. Close to where I needed to be as well as to restaurants. Just had some problem with their vending machines. Had to go to different ones as well as to my vehicle to get coins, as the machine was not getting the paper money. Could have been because what I wanted was out.

Fairly Nice Hotel

Convenient location and fairly quiet room. Would be nicer if more choices for continental breakfast.

We normally offer complimentary full hot breakfast buffet in our restaurant, however if you stayed with us over the holidays, we had a less extensive breakfast offering served in our lobby, due to low occupancy. Disappointed that we were unable to get a room that would best suit us, front desk staff did not understand what we were trying to convey. Floors were dirty, rooms were loud and the hot tub was closed and pool was freezing.

Pros: The noise level was low.
Cons: The breakfast made all three guests ill...
Location: Close to where we were going. But if we weren't stuck in the bathroom, this wouldn't have mattered as much...
Nothing but issues. Had to fight for a regular charge rate when promised a king suite with a Jacuzzi room. dishonest information when giving pre-check in information. Very small rooms. Less than friendly service. I'm not a high-maintenance guest. Just want a fair rate for what you are getting. Sad that o=you only will post " perfect" reviews. Not like a bias post, hey? Sad that I am a Best Western Frequent client or anything...

Thank you for being frequent client and we are very sorry our availability did not allow us to upgrade you to a room with a Jacuzzi when you came to the property to check-in. Most helpful staff

My family stayed here and the staff went out of their way many times to make our stay more enjoyable. They had a playpen available for our use that was clean and easy to use. And when we requested use of a freezer, after checking with the chef, they made that work too. The food at the restaurant was fabulous and the room super clean. During our 3 day stay we came back early to our room and the maid hadn't made it in yet, she stopped us in the hallway and apologized, unnecessarily, and offered to come right in or back. When we refused service as we really didn't need anything, she double checked and was very friendly.
