New, clean and close to all amenities

I stayed at this hotel 2 nights as my son had a vball tournament. Hotel staff were friendly, rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. The location of this hotel was very handy and everything you need from groceries, coffee runs, and team dinners are all a 2 min drive away!!

Newly rennovated. Nice rooms. Friendly staff and undergroind parking available for cars only.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed

Pros: Beautiful, clean and comfortable
Cons: Nothing. Keep up the good job.
Location: Right in city centre-plenty of shopping to do.
The hotel is as expected, was gorgeous, clean, comfortable with pleasant staffs. The room was spacious, clean, had microwave that came handy and coffee maker. The complimentary breakfast was good. Had waffle, pancake, french toast, bread, cereals, scramble egg, boiled egg, fruits, pastries. Plenty of choices. The waitresses were friendly. Coffee and tea were served in jugs so that we can just refill by ourselves. The hot chocolate was yummy. The location was great. Right in city centre, but was amazingly quiet to sleep peacefully. Will definitely recommend to others.

Poor choice

The room was clean but quite hot when we got their.Turned down the heat and went out was still hot when we returned.Heat stuck on 22c. Calledfront desk they have no maint people on the weekend ( had security though) They offered to change rooms which we should of took.Opened the window but truck traffic was loud all nite room still hot.Beds hard place is nothing special for $170 a nite.Also wouldnt give a room receipt because Ibooked through expedia.

Comfortable and Clean

Pros: fitness room
Very comfortable, easy access and super clean. the hot tub and pool were the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel and the Fitness room was very well equipped and clean as well. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Newly renovated

Pros: New renovations
Cons: New beds
Location: Near all major amenities, restaurant was good if not slightly overpriced.
Convenient location and newly renovated. Seems like the renovation didn't include new beds as the bed wasn't that comfortable. Hollow in the mattress made for a restless night. Also had a 5 am wake up call due to a faulty fire alarm system. Other than that, nice place.

Nice, basic hotel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only down side was the room was a bit noisy as it is close to a busy road. Enjoyed our stay.

I'll stay next door next time, better value

Pros: location
Cons: pricing and stop making me guess if my booking includes breakfast or not
My room was no different from the hotel next door, I stay in GP quite often. It was $50 more expensive and didn't include breakfast and the catering in the board room I booked provided an evening cocktail plate for the morning coffee break instead of muffins and pastries.

As with all Full Service Holiday Inn Hotels, breakfast is not included (There is the option at time of booking to book a rate that does include breakfast). I will be sure to bring your concerns to the catering manager, as the menu should be agreed upon prior to the start of the event- and is not something the hotel determines on your behalf. Again,I apologize that we did not exceed your expectations, we hope you will consider staying with us again.
