Pros: The cable tv (Telus) was the best part of the room. (Free??) hot breakfast was a nice touch and reasonably good selection.
Cons: Not sure how old this hotel is but everything is dated and the furnishings, bath fixtures and lights are all very poor quality. Needs new everything
Location: Close to airport. Close to major stores, theatres, casino.
Overpriced I thought. Full, Hot breakfast was nice touch. TV system was great (good channel selection). Bath fixtures, lamps and heating system very cheap quality. Needs carpeting, bed was not comfortable cheap quality, maid service was barely adequate. Pub attached to hotel is handy with decent food and tv's.

Just needed a place to crash for the night, had a super comfy giant bed with comfy linens and pillows. Bathroom and shower facitlies were dated, but I personally don't care about age of stuff, they were clean and that's what is important to me.

Good Hotel to stay.

The rooms are a little old but it was very clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, I booked with Expedia and was also charged by the hotel. However my experience getting this fixed was very great, very easy no hassle. I would recommend this hotel for others.

Old stinky smell to the entire hotel, room was adequately clean but bedding had a dingy yellow colour to it.

The staff wasn't really friendly and the room smelled really old. I have stayed in better hotels for less the price. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel. We arrived on a colder day and the heat in our room wasn't working, so we were upgraded and placed in another room free of charge. However, the new room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke and was difficult to stay in for long periods of time. The kitchen staff were quite unpleasant during breakfast which made for an uncomfortable experience. Overall nice hotel with friendly front desk staff, but the carpets and drapes should be changed in the rooms to remove the smell of cigarette smoke.

The pillows are far to high for comfort, other than that we were quite comfortable.
