I'm frustrated with hotels that can't even make a bed if you are staying for more than 1 night unless you request. You can come make some beds and check towels without having to change sheets.

Don’t book a room with a pullout if you plan on having someone need to sleep on it. The pull out was not in good condition at all. We ended putting the mattress on the floor. Still not able to be slept on. The staff tried to help but the best they could do was offer two duvets to be put on the mattress to make a mattress pad.
The room was rundown.

The check in attendant was upset at me for not having a credit card, which is why I prepaid online. He would barely make eye contact with me. Asked if any of my kids had a credit card he could charge. If that’s a problem it shouldn’t be an option for paying online.

Dated room needs a reno…stained carpet, cat scratched furniture, water damaged bathroom door, shower curtain too short and doesn’t keep water in, old bedding, plastic cups, glade plug-ins on the wall.

We booked a suite and it was clean and spacious. The pool was nice and had a great slide for the kids. Overall, we would stay there again.

Our room had 3 beds and they were so comfy; pillows were not the greatest but still okay. Our toilet broke during our stay, and they sent someone right away to fix which was great (flush handle broke inside tank) other than that - I will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff and great service. Our room did not have a very big bathroom which was a bit uncomfortable and the toilet broke. But all in all was a nice stay.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. From the front desk, cleaning staff, breakfast staff, as well as the maintenance. The 3 bed option was perfect for our needs. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful, including hot bacon and eggs, multiple waffle makers and was constantly stocked.

No proper breakfast the dsy after xmss. Even ghough wecwerd told it would inly be xmas. Day thst there would be no hot breakfast and even on xmas. All that was tgere was 2 yogurts, a few bagels and 3 mufgins for the whole hotel. It used to b a good place but it has new owners and its garbage dump now ill never go back and i heard others say the same thing. There was pet food on the floor in our room, looks like its bever been cleaned propetly in there in a year.

Quality Inn is always one of our options when coming to GP or other visiting any other cities.
What I didn't like much that they need to add a better arcade game. More arcade games will be a big plus or atleast one of those multi-games arcade or Pandora box.
