Great place to stay staff was great and restaurants have good food would recommend to friends and family

Nice hotel close to shopping.

Pros: The hotel was reasonably priced and the property was in good repair.
Cons: The price was suitable for the type of hotel that it is. I see no need for improvement.
Location: There are many retail stores within walking distance from the hotel.
Check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. As well, the staff was friendly and courteous. The free WiFi is easy to set up and use. There are many retail stores within walking distance of the hotel. The restaurant on the hotel property serves excellent food at a reasonable price.

Hotel undergoing major renovations (Fall 2015). Small inconvenience, until completed. Did not compromise the services during my stay. Look forward to staying there again, upon my next trip.

Pros: It was available when everywhere else was full
Cons: The rooms are very dated
The rooms are very outdated, but they are priced reasonably compared to other Grande Prairie hotels.

Overpriced! I could have stayed in a newer and cleaner hotel for a lot cheaper!!

The upgrade was the only thing that saved them.

Pros: The fact that the staff did upgrade our room and provide breakfast vouchers.
Cons: The condition and cleanliness of the rooms.
We found that our room had not been properly cleaned or vacuumed. There was a plastic ring from a milk jug on the floor in clear site as well as three or four salt packages under the desk in plain site. They did however upgrade our room to their suite at no additional cost and provided breakfast vouchers. This room was clean but certainly in need of repair. There was baseboard missing and drywall damage that needs repair. And although we had requested a non-smoking room and signed agreeing to a cleaning fee if we smoked in the room, there were cigarette burns in the carpet and the room smelled of smoke.
