Great staff, paper thin walls

The front desk staff were amazing, and the staff at breakfast were fast, efficient and did a great job accommodating my allergies.
Family arrived the night before me and commented on how loud it was in their room from other sources such as hearing the people walking around in the room above. They were right, I was awake multiple times throughout the morning as I could hear the alarms of people in the other rooms and people in the hallway, so loud it was as if they were in my room.
I tried to have a shower at two different times in the morning and couldn't because of the lack of hot water. I paid for a room so I could sleep and shower and wasn't able to do either.

Thanks for taking the time to provide us with some feedback. I am happy to hear that our people were able to make such a good impression with you! In regards to the hot water, I am aware there were some issues, we have just installed a new re-circulation pump on our hot water line which seems to have solved the problem. Thanks for staying with us.
