The staff were pretty nice!! My room was ok, except for the blood drip stains all over my comforter on the bed. Slept with just the sheet for two nights. I would stay there again if I had to.

Husband enjoyed the pancakes for breakfast. I really dislike not having my room made up daily. We didn't realize this and came back to unmade beds and no fresh towels. We requested new towels, they were provided but when they only do your room up every 3rd day and we only stayed two nights... it kind of sucked. Also we had a suite with two bedrooms, but you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, so the setup was strange.

Our housekeeping service is every 3rd day. However, we are only a phone call away and open 24/7, should you wish to have it earlier than the 3rd day or even daily. We are very grateful for you taking the time to give us your Comments.

We have 3 clearly marked entrances (front/main, side, and back) with luggage carts to accommodate where you parked. Aside from that, there is a 15 minute parking spot near the front/main entrance to facilitate loading and unloading. However, we appreciate you taking the time to give us your Comments.
I am sorry you did not see the information about us requiring a credit card at time of check in in the Expedia website. Regardless, we made an exception by accepting debit instead. I sincerely hope you understand why all hotels require this. Your reservation was made by your husband under his name and prepaid the room with his credit card to Expedia not to the hotel. Expedia never provided us with any additional information as to who will occupy the room much more his credit card information due to the security of the cardholder. In addition, only names of guests who are physically staying with us should be in our records.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The furniture was getting worn out and the toilet made a loud groaning sound whenever it was flushed. The location is very convenient. Our family loved the pool and waterslide.

Our overall experience was good. We felt some vacuuming should have been done. Breakfast was good, kids really enjoyed it and customer service at breakfast was great, however there should be some option to make fresh egg omlette or something like lots of other hotels do have chef. Building had one elevator to the floor which was a bit odd as most of the other hotels do have lifts on both ends.
Will definitely stay again, the prime interests were the location and breakfast. Thanks

Thank you for your Comments. Should you require daily housekeeping service, our Front Desk is available 24 / 7 to take your request. As a limited-service hotel, we will look into reviving our omelette station.
The carpeting in my room is worn and dirty. Coffee was horrible both mornings spent there. The beds were very good. Overall an average experience.

Didn’t get what I paid for!
I paid for a 2 bedroom room with a queen and double bed but only got 2 doubles. The rooms were also not exactly private as you couldn’t get to bathroom without passing through one of the bedrooms. The carpet was filthy and so was the tub/shower curtains. I couldn’t connect to Netflix on TVs. The hotel gym had only a couple treadmills, light weights and one cable machine that was out of order. I’m disappointed as I paid a lot for my stay!

Based on our records, you received the same room type you booked which is the same as what you also stayed in previously last September. I assure you that we would have addressed your room concerns if we received them in a timely manner.
There was a questionable motion sensor or camera in the room. Bedding was average but not comfortable. The breakfast was minimal options.

The motion sensor is for the AC unit's energy saving function. It is NOT a camera. As a limited-service hotel, the breakfast we offer is above "minimal".

Meh.
Booked a king bed room, got 2 queens. Found a live bug on the bed and then toddler found the bug trap with all the dead bugs. Check in staff was friendly, but hadn’t been told we were bringing pets. Check out staff didn’t give any receipts for the 3 charges on the credit card and hotels.com hasn’t provided anything yet either. Not an ideal experience after evacuating our home due to wildfire.

I’m so sorry to hear about your stay. I assure you if we knew about your concerns during your stay, we would have made the necessary arrangements for you. I sincerely hope that you’re keeping safe during this trying time of being displaced during the wildfires in your province.
Staff were helpful. One area we found a bit difficult for older people was that there was only one elevator in the building. Parking out the back but elevator (we were on the 4th floor) way at the other end of the building. Carting our things in, then going all the way to other end of the building was a bit tiring. Seems like there should be an elevator at the other end of the building or even in the middle.
