From the excellent handy location, the comfy room with nice amenities, the lovely patio where you can have your afternoon tea/coffee with the traditional viennoiseries to the friendly reception staff, everything was perfect.

Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and serviced exceptionally by the front desk (thanks to Cindy and her colleague). From bringing my bags up, to delivering my takeout, this hotel really took care of me. It is a convenient location for shopping and felt very safe to stay at, even solo. Will be coming back soon!

Fantastic stay
The Hotel Saint-Marc was fantastic. The staff were very nice and helpful. I loved the art deco style in the rooms. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Paris. It’s not a far walk from the metro and it’s easy to get around.

I hope this was a rare event but it has only one elevator and it was broken for several days. The staff did help guests carry their luggage up and down. The property really needs a second elevator.

Room clean and bedding luxurious. Staff accommodating and pleasant. Location great for us. Only complaint was broken ice machine and lack of ice. Coffee service in the morning was really nice.

Quiet hotel - surprising as it’s in a nice walkable location. issue was being on the 5th floor with another elevator that wasn’t working. lol - seems to be a trend for us.
