“Hidden gem. Very clean room. Nice staff. Breakfast was basic, but did have waffles which were really good. The movie theatre was added plus but we were too tired to take advantage of.”

“The pictures that show for the OYO Lenoir hotel are not of that hotel. They are of the hotel next to it. All of the amenities are next door. There is no pool at either property. It is a motel not hotel with monthly rates and is totally sketchy and it's description and pictures are a lie. AND Expedia would do nothing to remedy the situation.”

“There were activities for all ages. After traveling 12 hours, we could not gain entry. I had to call management to set the code for entry. The interior was clean and welcoming. There was no water on at arrival, however that was addressed within the hour. There were no gargage bags, no toilet paper, no detergent as promised. The outdoor trash can was full upon arrival.
