“Very clean and the little extras made us feel at home.”

“This was a fun and cool place to stay for a couple nights while exploring Eureka Springs. The kitchen facilities are spare but adequate with a 2 burner cook top (no oven). The place is compact but the pictures accurately show the conditions and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit is nicely furnished and decorated. We were a little surprised at how close the unit is to the highway and we had the misfortune to have booked our time during Eureka Springs' Spring Fling which brought lots and lots……

“Very nice property, perfect location, and a helpful host.”

“This was a great place to stay. Centrally located but out of the congestion of downtown. Close to all the sites but peaceful and quiet at the same time. We will definitely be back!”

“Darling quaint small property for 2. Nice and clean with great location!! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchenette is a big plus! The a/c is only in the bedroom, which at 95-100 degrees in Arkansas is a bit lacking for those who prefer a cooler space. Any other time of year it would be grand! A little ventilation in the bath would be a big help. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again in cooler months! The owner is great and easy to communicate with. Affordable as well as……

“The communication started immediately from booking, with professional and incredibly helpful information shared throughout the process. My brother has a cabin in the same area so we were familiar but they made some great recommendations that would make someone "new" to the area feel at ease with options. We had a total of 2 adults and 6 kids (ages 6 to 13 years old) and everyone had a cozy place to sleep and hang out. The size of the kitchen and provided appliances were helpful and the back……

“The ladies and I had a blast! Everything, absolutely everything we needed was in the house. There were even some spices we didn't have in the kitchen cupboards! I was impressed with how clean the house was. There was already fire wood to start a fire too. The ladies all had hot water to shower...there was 11 of us! We had so much fun finding our beds and touring the house. The woods were a blast to just walk through. We felt SAFE! Thank you again for being so welcoming and accommodating to the……

“Conveniently located and parking for this unit was literally just a few steps from the entrance. Beautifully decorated. Spacious living/kitchen area. Bed was quite comfortable, as was the sofa bed. Had everything we needed. Best suited for couples, imo, only because the shower is essentially in the hallway—We had our adult daughter with us! We visit Eureka Springs often—Would absolutely stay here again!”

“Nice place. Nothing fancy and the reasonable price reflects that. The wall air conditioner kept the rooms very cold in a 100 degree heat wave. Clean floors. Okay bed and nice bedding. Very good place to stay on a budget”

“Great place for my wife and myself!!”

“The spacious, clean, and comfortable property was perfect for our brief anniversary getaway. Our host, Chris, checked in on us after our arrival. We would consider this place for future stays.”

“We went for our 43 Wedding Anniversary. Super clean and comfortable. We took our border collie with us. She was right at home. You will truly never get a better value at any hotel in town. We love the location and the scenery. We had an amazing stay. I would recommend this cabin resort to anyone. We will be back.”
