Needs a good cleaning

Lobby waa ok but dusty. Room was dirty. Signs in bathroom dirty, counter looked dirty, walls were dirty. Rust in bathroom and by heater. Dried food around microwave. Beds were comfy and clean. Pool area was clean but out dated.

The room was large and comfortable. Was dated and needed refreshing, carpet was stained. Nice hotel for the price

Rude staff started roofing at 7 am above our room

Staff was rude and disrespectful started roofing our above our room at 6 am. Staff would give no rufund

Simple, affordable, great pool, fun for families

We had a great time swimming and staying here yesterday! The hotel is a little older, but everything is clean and we slept great!

Super Friendly Staff

Everything was wonderful. The staff was always available and more than happy to help in any way needed. They have a wonderful pool and hot tub area, including many different types of games to play. Since I have children and being cramped in a hotel room is tough, this area was a life saver on many different occasions.

Overall one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had

Customer service went way above and beyond what one would normally expect. The staff made sure you had everything/anything needed. The pool/hot tub area is the BEST I’ve ever seen in a hotel. They have a nice, spacious sitting area around the pool that includes several games like a pool table, air hockey and arcade games. Their hot continental breakfast had a nice variety of both food and drink, the staff constantly making sure things were stocked and cleaned. The room itself was just like any other I’ve stayed in but it was clean and appropriately stocked. It did have a mini refrigerator and microwave, which is helpful since I have two small children. Overall, whenever I need a hotel room and I’m anywhere near this location I will definitely be making reservations here, it’s been a pleasant experience to say the least.

Pros: Convenient to relatives, hence disappointment - won't be back

Disappointed with cleanliness. The rooms need some updates/repairs in carpets (burn holes, etc) wall under air conditioner looks awful (hidden by table), bathroom vent and tissue holder rusted out (need replacements); bathroom floor corners haven't been cleaned in a long time.
