“My reservation included food vouchers which I never received. I asked multiple front deck clerks for the vouchers and was told that the manager was not available but he would call me. No call.
And as if it couldn't get worse, I'm see extra charges on my credit card.”

“The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I was not impressed there was no elevator access on the side we stayed, but it wasn't a problem for us. I just thought it may be inconvenient for some others. We greatly enjoyed our stay!”
