It was nice. Little far from Barcelona. Make sure to have your own car 30 minutes drive. Public transport 1h to Barcelona sants

I like the hotel. But it’s the fact the people that was working there was a bit rude and if you can’t speak Spain’s they will look at you differently. And I don’t like that. Otherwise the room was nice the view was nice I like it.

They do not have a spa as advertised, they are an hour and a half away from Barcelona and there are no taxis that ride up there so you're stuck with public transport. Moreover all of their amenities are 'extras' and are not included in the price of the nights.

Lovely rooms but not allowed early check in and when I asked for a sachet of instant coffee for the room (only 2 provided for a 2 night stay) was told no. They were available fir free at my paid for breakfast.

Spacious hotel, nice outdoor pool area, room was large enough and had a bath and shower. Large bed. Breakfast okay. Negatives: the guy we talked to the first time at checkin was not friendly. Later we met other staff that was nice. The room could have smelled nicer.

Although the hotel was generally OK, they had no iron/iron table/ kettle facilities. We also paid in advance, and extra to allow us to cancel, however upon reaching there we realised we booked the incorrect location. The staff informed us that because we had paid in advance, we were no longer able to cancel/transfer our booking any longer.

Everything about this hotel was great. The only thing I didn’t like was that on Expedia it states the hotel has soundproof rooms and that isn’t true. It has the thinnest walls if possible. Every morning very early, the maids would bang around the rooms next to us and wake us up as early as 7am. Some days we needed to relax and just sleep in but that was impossible to do. It was as if the maids wanted us to wake up so that they may clean and that was the only way they knew how.

The actual building was attractive and spacious. Located in a lovey part of Granollers. Located close to train station. Staff were friendly , helpful and approachable. The negative aspects were the spa is not actually in the hotel, you have to walk outside to get there. The restaurant had too many flies , all over the tables and coming onto your food. At breakfast the food is left uncovered , the flies are all over the food and the staff do not appear to be concerned by this. Although I paid for breakfast as part of my booking, I could not eat it due to the amount of flies on the food.

The hotel is about 45 minutes away from The Barcelona centre, I would advise you to get a rental car as it would be easier to get around and there is free parking at the hotel. I also didn’t see any cab/ bus stations close by. 

The hotel is 2/3 stars at best. Very basic rooms the pictures make it look a lot more modern than it really is and there’s pretty much no lighting. The beds do have wheels so they might move around a bit. There’s nothing in the minibar fridge but water which is free. The air condition doesn’t really blow that much air so the room can become warm quite quickly which is uncomfortable and the windows open no more than 3cm (safety feature). 

We got breakfast included but to be honest was worthless as the breakfast wasn’t up to par and there was not a lot to choose from in all honesty. 

Do be careful, when we booked the hotel we asked for a double bed, but were given a room with 2 single beds :/ I had to go back to the check in desk to rectify this. It does take a while to check in I believe it took us about 15mins to get through it all. 

Besides this, the room was (basic) cleaned every day. 

 I think a few bits can be done to make this hotel a solid 3+ stars, renovations of the room, more lighting in the rooms, better quality of breakfast and definitely more attention to the grounds as I had to look beyond the dusty car park daily to find my decent view from my window. 

I won’t be returning just because we know what we like and this wasn’t it :)

The location is about 45 minutes from Barcelona city centre and unless you are a quick learner with bus routes and metro services your knackered. The hotel itself is very clean however it’s more of a business type hotel and I felt that because I didn’t look business type I was there for an exploring holiday I was getting funny looks. The room amenities was brilliant supplying soap,shampoo,conditioner etc. There was no balcony only one massive window. And I never got to use the pool because I had to pay an extra €10. Overall the location and staff attitude was a let down.

Affordable, Convenient, & Very Nice!
We stayed here while racing at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. It is within a very short driving distance and easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and the grounds and very clean. The outside isn't anything flashy which is fine and inside is very nice. There's also plenty of on-site parking which is a big plus. The breakfast is also good. It's within walking distance to the city center and offers some nice dining options in the area. We will definitely be staying here anytime we visit this area.

I was very disappointed as the fact the the staff were terrible, i spoke to then in English but they pretended that they didnt speak english 10 minute later i caught them talking english then they changed it back to spanish. on the first night i woke up to a cockroach crawling in my bathroom which i have pictures of and when i spoke to them about it nothing was put in place for it, the continue to say they dont know why it was there, the rooms dont look like the pictures. Furthemore, the air conditioning broke and the ceiling was leaking in the bathroom once they opened it liters apon liter of water came pouring down, the staff are very very rude. i do not recommend this hotel one bit.

My first impressions were good , but one of the guys that work there was really flirty. And made me feel so uncomfortable i moved to a different hotel im not sure if he was security or what he does. He would see me and blow kisess one time he actually turned up to my room and bare in mind i was solo traveller and he tried to kiss me told me im his girlfriend i felt really uncomfortable and would not recommend staying this hotel if your a female alone.
