Great view at convenience location. Everything is great!
We liked being off the Main Street and Away from the crowds. Our kids enjoyed playing with balls and frisbees on the front lawn, and playing soccer at the nearby Y. There were delicious scones and cookies in the office every day. Many nearby restaurants and amenities.
Property and staff were excellent. The location is right in downtown bar harbor and an easy walk to some of the best restraints, bars and also an easy walk to the wharf.
The Ivy Manor Inn was the best B&B I've stayed in. The accommodations were so nice and the service was impeccable. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne when we arrived. My boyfriend proposed to me that weekend and when his blazer and button downs were stolen out of our hotel in ...
It’s a nice friendly place to stay albeit a bit noisy. Great location in Bar Harbor.
It’s location, the quietness, the price and the fact it’s a older motel run by a family.
When I saw the motel online I immediately liked what I saw. The quaintness was so appealing. The room was big and spacious and on the first floor. The room has a microwave and a small fridge. It even has a ceiling fan! We love the room and the location. A must stop.
Great location to downtown. Clean room. Friendly Staff.
Holiday inn name-possibly recently bought out prior resort. Very nice grounds and heated pool was very nice, as it can be cool in this area-Even in the summer. Staff was except a bowl. Bar Harbor has a nice transit bus that has many convenient pick up/drop off times and is free. Resort is approximately ...
Fill your lungs with fresh air and feel your worries slip away at Grant Park, a beautiful oasis.
To see it for yourself, step off the beaten track a little and head to Bar Harbor, 80 miles from the state capital, Augusta.
Grant Park has many places to stay in the immediate vicinity. There are 25 hotels within a radius of 2 miles. The Bluenose Inn, the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel & Conference Center and the Primrose Inn are a few you ought to think about. They're located 1 mile, 1 mile and 0.5 miles away, respectively.
Be smart and stay at one of the many budget hotels located in the area. Situated 0.2 miles from it is the Bar Harbor Villager Motel, but you might also want to have a look at the Quality Inn Bar Harbor if you're looking for a back-up. It's only 1 mile away.
Half the fun of visiting Grant Park is eating and drinking in the area. For a caffeinated pick-me-up or a sumptuous snack, you can't go wrong with The Independent Cafe (164 Main Street, Bar Harbor). If you're after something more substantial, walk over to Veranda Bar at Balance Rock Inn (21 Albert Meadow, Bar Harbor) for a hearty meal.
