“We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Edwardsville, IL over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was in excellent condition and extremely clean throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was outstanding — fresh, well-stocked, and better than expected for a complimentary hotel breakfast. During our stay, it snowed about 8 inches, and we were especially impressed that the parking lot was completely cleared by the next morning. It was great to……

“The person at the desk was friendly and helpful. The room was not clean. There was hair in the sink and bathtub from prior people staying I called the front desk to ask about and was told that housekeeping is not available. There were random people all about outside , would not recommend ”
