It was awful, there was no heat in the lobby. I specifically booked this hotel, because it had a room with a King size bed. We got there, we got a room with 2 double beds, and told they didn't have any rooms with King size beds left. The heat in our room would blow warm air, then cold air. What was supposed to be a romantic Valentine's day get away, was TOTALLY ruined.

It took some time to diagnose and repair the problems. Additionally I am sorry about not being able to provide a king size bed. I will review your reservation to see if I can determine the problem. The 1 thing that this hotel definitely needs to improve upon is the temperature control in the main entrance. My wife and I arrived on a snowy and very cold evening, but the inside of the hotel felt just as cold as the 20° weather outside. We could hardly bare to stand at the counter for our check-in. Overall, the hotel is very nice and the rooms were clean and modern. The bathroom was also particularly large, as well.

We experienced the perfect storm with temperatures dropping to 8 degrees F and two of our units failing at almost the same time. We stayed at the hotel after attending a meeting in the banquet room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They accommodated all of our requests. The room we stayed in was modern, clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying at this hotel!!

Hotel security does nothing

Our stay was absolutely horrible. The first night we were there a few rooms across from us were a couple screaming and fighting violently on the top of their lungs cursing. When we called security and they came up they went to the door and said that everyone was just sitting down quietly and they did nothing about it. The next evening, there was a huge motorcross event as well as a 17-year-old's party. The parents of all of these kids sat in the bar all night while their kids on the second floor which was a bug from us jumped around and banged on the walls and floor all night. When we called the front desk she said that she knew about it and that security did not come in until 11 PM. When I asked if she could go up and say something she asked me if I wanted to change my room. This was at 10:30 PM at night while me and my husband were trying to sleep. Why should we be inconvenienced by having to move our room late at night instead of them taking care of the problem upstairs or going into the bar and telling the degenerate parents to take care of their kids. The only good thing that happened out of all of this is that the hotel did come to our weekend which understandably they should have.

The hotel hallways were very dirty on Saturday and Saturday night. It was very noisy and crowded as well. The restaurant and bar were good.

Excellent but stay away from poolside during schoo

Excellent hotel. The only negative was our room had the indoor pool outside our door one floor below. School vacation and a dozen kids screaming until 10pm. I couldn't hear the TV.
