we had a great stay, I was traveling to hershey and the location was great, and the kids had a great time.

NOT QUITE WHAT I SAW ON WEB

Had two rooms. One had old furnishings, air conditioner was too old. The toilet dripped a lot of water from behind it AND ANTS IN THE ENTIRE ROOM. My 2nd room had a LARGE LEAK IN FRONT OF MY DOOR; good thing it was the last day of my stay. Front desk gave me credit on breakfast ONLY. The indoor pool needs a touch up on bottom, had hair and bugs in it. I left, went in the hot tub, some kids were swimming in it, then went to the outdoor pool....got cold out, went up to my room.

I have addressed the issue with the toilet that you have mentioned and issue with the ants with our exterminator. The leak that developed outside of your door was the result of a union that failed and was corrected by our plumbing contractor. Decent 3-star hotel. Not much better in the area.

Would be nice if the staff hand even the most basic manners. Rude staff. Pool was less than clean

Nice hotel.

The hotel is pretty good. They are just still renovating and the cleaning staff didn't understand English.

To far from Hershey park

The hotel says it is near Hershey park. It's not. Nearly a 20 minute drive away.

This hotel could use a lot of updating. The room was small. Beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was gross. It did not even look like the same hotel shown in the pictures. The only positive that I could say is the Saloon was decent and the staff was nice. However, I would not recommend this hotel.

A bit dated

The usual Holiday Inn setup (which is fine) but the installations and equipment were dated. The desk chair in our room was totally ripped. Housekeeping said they couldn't change it and said we should talk to maintenance (at that point I just removed the chair from the room). Also, the restaurant is in dire need of a clean up. The carped was sticky and tables greasy.

Dirty hotel but decent location near Hershey

This hotel was located conveniently near Hershey Park (~5miles). I got it to get a decent price near Hershey. It looked like a great hotel w/ good pool. However, the pool is not as large or nice as picture suggest. Overall, the hotel appears newer and has a great style and set up. However, it is a very dirty hotel. In our room, there was hair all over bathroom. There was bag of trash out on our balcony. There was no refrigerator in room unfortunately. The restaurant had a decent breakfast and not too pricey. The restaurant dinner was very poor. We did not enjoy the food at all.
