Attended Conference

My room heater was very inconsistent. The bathroom was setup for handicap use but the sit down shower would not have been stable enough to sit on due to broken hinges. The broken hinges would not allow the seat to fold up either. The tub only drained after I propped the stopper up with a plastic fork. Staff seemed miffed I registered through Expedia.

Just ok

Pros: Easy to get to.
Cons: Just seemed dated.
Location: Was there attending a convention
Waited 1.5 hours for my room. There was a mix up with the booking company I used. They resolved it within a half hour but no one told me. I was sitting in the lobby which they knew because they came over to me once. I finally asked and they said yup all cleared up their mistake. Room was dated and only ok clean. Slept with the light over the headboard on all night because I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. Overheard several people discussing the problem at breakfast the next day. Maybe a little sign saying this black button turns off the light don’t look for a light switch.

Holiday inn

Friendly staff, and great facility. Room is smaller than in the picture but overall a great place to stay.

Great hotel but could be a little better.

Staff was excellent and friendly. The room was a little worn. Stained carpet, lumpy bed and not so clean shower/tub. The hot tub was nice and hot, powerful but that too needed a good cleaning. The pool towels we're miniature size.

Great New Years Eve with shuttle to and from casino. Great breakfast included with room.

Clean but in need of TLC

Hotel was clean but in need of general repair (paint, molding). Booked it so kids could swim in indoor pool. Pool needs some TLC (paint). Room was small. Ate in hotel restaraunt. We were one of three tables at 6:30 on a Saturday night. Ordered mostly appetizers. Food took forever to come out and fries tasted like maple syrup.

I was at the hotel for a weekend hockey tournament. The staff was great, the amenities were nice and the food was very good.

Nice staff at the desk. Generally uncomfortable feel around the building. Poor climate control in the room. Dirty, moldy, rusted fridge in the room.

Not very pleasant!

Hotel is in need of renovations! There was a party there and young kids were running around the hotel at all hours of the night screaming and banging on doors.
