we had a great stay, I was traveling to hershey and the location was great, and the kids had a great time.

Decent 3-star hotel. Not much better in the area.

Would be nice if the staff hand even the most basic manners. Rude staff. Pool was less than clean

Nice hotel.

The hotel is pretty good. They are just still renovating and the cleaning staff didn't understand English.

To far from Hershey park

The hotel says it is near Hershey park. It's not. Nearly a 20 minute drive away.

This hotel could use a lot of updating. The room was small. Beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was gross. It did not even look like the same hotel shown in the pictures. The only positive that I could say is the Saloon was decent and the staff was nice. However, I would not recommend this hotel.

A bit dated

The usual Holiday Inn setup (which is fine) but the installations and equipment were dated. The desk chair in our room was totally ripped. Housekeeping said they couldn't change it and said we should talk to maintenance (at that point I just removed the chair from the room). Also, the restaurant is in dire need of a clean up. The carped was sticky and tables greasy.

Pros: The food was good.
Location: The location is great. Right off a major highway and easy to find.
I went for a conference and was glad to be staying at the conference hotel, because it snowed. I was disappointed in the mattress, but the pillows were very good. The room was too warm for my preference, and I had turned off the heat. This was April, but it was cold outside. I like sleeping in a cool room. The mattress was not comfortable at all.

Hotel was very nice. Very close to the casino. The staff was so nice. Would definitely stay there again.

The 1 thing that this hotel definitely needs to improve upon is the temperature control in the main entrance. My wife and I arrived on a snowy and very cold evening, but the inside of the hotel felt just as cold as the 20° weather outside. We could hardly bare to stand at the counter for our check-in. Overall, the hotel is very nice and the rooms were clean and modern. The bathroom was also particularly large, as well.

We experienced the perfect storm with temperatures dropping to 8 degrees F and two of our units failing at almost the same time. The hotel hallways were very dirty on Saturday and Saturday night. It was very noisy and crowded as well. The restaurant and bar were good.
