The lady that checked us in was very nice. The TV in our room was not working, so went down to see about another room. She said she’d have maintenance come look at it. He was waiting for me when I got back to the room. Very pleasant and got the TV fixed in just a couple of minutes. Great service. The air conditioner was non adjustable, our room was freezing no mater what we tried to set the temp at. Might have missed it when booking, but think charging 20.00 per night to park in a self parking surface lot is wrong.

Rooms were fantastic! Loved the scent in the room. The only problem was that we might have been near a laundry area. We kept hearing a clunking sound from our room #506 and it was past 11:00pm

Property was nice. Front staff was average when greetings us and stayed water was given only first day for honors level. This was unusual other Embassy locations did provide. Snack selection needs to be updated to a hot item and a fresh option. Lastly, a secondary meet choice should be offered at breakfast outside of pork products.

Super friendly staff, the restaurant was great. The room was clean and spacious, and they put a welcome message for me on the TV. Embassy Suites are kind of my favorite so maybe I’m biased, but the design is really great. Bottled water in the room is $6 though, so bring your own (LOL). Plenty of breakfast room! Shuttles for DFW and the Ubers aren’t terrible either. 5-10 minutes from the convention center! 9/10

The Hotel informed us at check-in that we would lost power for several hours on Sunday starting at 10am. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known this ahead of time. It forced us to leave early on the day that clocks moved forward and we had been out late due to a concert. Bad timing on the maintenance. They could have done it during the week in my opinion. They did give us a $25 comp for food to make it better.

The overall experience was good. The issue we had was with the bartender. She was extremely rude. We went in for a cocktail and basically got ignored by her. She was a tall blonde heavy set. No name given. When i asked for a second cocktail it was almost as i was bothering her then she made it in my same glass without offering me a fresh sugar rim. She ruined the girlfriends chill vibe for sure.

Wonderful property! Very clean! I would like to have the fold out couch mattress to be of better quality. It Needed extra padding but front desk assisted us by bringing an extra pad. I ended up taking the main pad off my bed to accommodate. The hotel is great. I do wish they had a hot tub.

Nice and comfortable!
Nice and spacious rooms and lobby areas. My k in was great and seamless. The only issue was the amount of parking fees. The hotel charged $20 however the website indicated $13 in the app.
