Adequate accommodations

Pros: The breakfast and dinner. Great location.
Cons: The smell
Location: Near the airport and major highways
The staff was friendly and responsive. Stayed for 9 days and had to request room be cleaned more than once. They cleaning staff skipped our room for no apparent reason. Breakfast was good. The hotel provided dinner 4 nights a week included in the room cost. That was a nice addition. The biggest downside to the hotel was the smell that came from the smoking rooms on the 4th floor. Despite fragrance, the smell of smoke was evident throughout the hotel. We were originally assigned a room on the 4th floor and requested to be moved. The smell was absolutely unbearable. Overall though, the hotel was nice for the price.

This hotel is desperate for a renovation. The beds are horrible. We cut our stay short and only stayed one night.

The handicapped accessible room worked well.

Pros: Room and breakfast
Location: Grapevine Mills Mall and several restaurants are in walking distance.
When we checked in, we had the wrong type of restroom. They quickly corrected the error. We got a better room for the same price. The pool even had a chair made to lower a handicapped person into the pool. My grandchildren came to swim and the indoor pool was perfect. I enjoyed the hot tub as well. The breakfast food was a large spread of all sorts of items. The staff members were very helpful and very polite.

Very nice Hotel highly recommended

Our stay at this hotel was great. Excellent area due to attractions and eating places around. I booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed and when I got there they had given us a two bedroom suite which was fantastic and at the same rate I paid for on Hotels.com. The area was nice and safe. Great experience all around!

Spacious, clean and friendly staff.

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and extremely friendly staff. The toilet ran every 20 minutes. I finally turned off the shutoff at 5am and got sleep. Told the front desk. They suggested I call maintenance but having a strange man (I assume) in my room at 11pm as a solo female traveler was not an option. These things happen. Should have shut off the water before bed!

Friendly,clean hotel suite

Pros: We liked the complimentary breakfasts & Mon-Thurs dinners, hot-tub &indoor shallow pool relaxing, very helpful& friendly staff, comfortable bed.
Cons: I heard new management plans on doing some upgrades (a bit outdated compared with others,but was cozy.) Need shower hose in the restroom outside pool.
Location: Convenient shuttle for nearby MainSt.,Grapevine &for conference at Gaylord Hotel. Walked across street to Grapevine Mills Mall &Bass Pro for shopping.
Wonderful, relaxing time with friendly staff! The breakfasts & light dinners were very appreciated and delicious! Shuttles worked well for us to local spots and airport (about 10 mins away.) Shopping was convenient and fun! Downtown Grapeville on Main St. was a Christmas theme (went by shuttle.) Clean and comfortable hotel room suite: refrig, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, iron, 2 tv's, Shallow indoor pool and hot-tub (has handicap chair for both) were relaxing to use (needed to use shower in room prior to pool use.) Nice outdoor back patio chairs & gazebo & basketball hoops. Pullout sofa not as comfortable as the bed, but adequate. Handy to have tip money for shuttles, etc. Used hotel computer locked room. Small exercise room (didn't use.) Really enjoyed our week long stay!
