Awesome hotel!

Pros: comfortable and delicious breakfast

Location: Grapevine Mills Mall is awesome with plenty of eating choices, go downtown and do wine tasting!
We were in town for some business and decided we would stay here being close to the Grapevine Mills Mall for something to do in the evening. It was wonderful! Brand new updating, beautiful decor and very comfortable! Breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of choices even for the pickiest eaters!

OK, But Nothing Special

Pros: The room itself was small, but otherwise comfortable. It was very clean and well-maintained, even if the decor was rather dated. The bed was great.
Cons: The hotel needs some major updating and renovations. AC in the room was minimally acceptable, though the unit seemed very dated.
Location: Grapevine Mills, cities of Flower Mound and Grapevine, plenty of restaurants and shopping
We recently spent two nights (Fr/Sat) here. It was OK, but not nearly as well-done as I would have expected. Upon arrival, I entered the lobby to check-in. I never saw (during our entire stay) any indication of where I needed to be to make that happen. The lobby was crowded and cluttered, much of it dedicated to a bar. The last 4' or so of that bar had a computer I took to be check-in, but it was hard to tell for sure. A guest(?) in front of me picked-up a to-go order and paid there. The clerk gave absolutely no indication that he was aware of my presence (I was 4'-5' away) until I interrupted him when he went back to working the bar. He finally began checking me in when another clerk arrived and they began arguing about whether or not she'd told him she was stepping away for a few minutes. The room itself was small, but otherwise comfortable. It was very clean and well-maintained, even if the decor was rather dated. Common areas seemed "tired" and worn, though signs indicated renovations were in-progress. Breakfast was alright, though not anything really special. Overall, it was certainly not a bad experience, but it most assuredly did NOT live-up to our expectations.

Overall stay was excellent hotel had rooms ready and allowed us to check in early. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was fantastic! If I had to change one thing it would be the size of the bathroom. Room was suoer large and clean. Convenient to everything we were planning on doing

Stranded in Grapevine.

Pros: Location and cleanliness.
Cons: Coffee makers in rooms. Coffee in lobby.
Location: Grapevine Mills mall across the street. Close to Main Street.
Took the shuttle to Main Street and had to wait a hour and a half to be picked up.

Stay away until renovations are completed!

I was transferred to 3 different rooms because the Air Conditioning wasn't functioning right. The ice machines weren't working. They were in the middle of renovations and there was constant hammering while I was trying to rest. Very poor conditions. I requested a refund and I was going to go to another hotel. They said they couldn't give me a refund because I paid it online through Hotels.com. Knowing this now I probably will not book through Hotels.com again. It doesn't feel great to have NO recourse in instances like this.

Worked well to find / hotel front desk moved due to remodel/ night staff wanted to rescan my cc - I declined that - overall room nice and comfortable / most of the main staff spoke English - an uncommon feature these days.

Hotel was under construction remodeling. Lobby was close down off and check-in was on portable desk. That was okay and Staff was working well with that. But the part being remodeled meant that breakfast was served in a meeting room area instead of the normal area. The wall-mounted room A/C rattled every time the compressor came on and I had to turn off the cooling part so I could sleep. I won't stay there again...

Nice clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a large outlet mall and movie theater with several restaurants in area, also walking distance.
