In general my stay was fine, there didn't appear to be any quiet lounge area and some of the staff seemed a little indifferent to guests. The hotel is a good base for exploring the old centr of Harrogate

Really lovely friendly staff. Lovely modern clean room. Great location and easy parking and Yummy breakfast too. Wonderful stay and great location for the Convention Centre.
