My queries sent online before I arrived were promptly responded to by Christian, the front office manager, and Sarah, working in the front office. They arranged for complimentary pickup to and from the train station; so much so I don’t have to handle my luggage the moment I was picked up. At check in, Christian offered me a welcome drink (a glass of Prosecco) and Sarah showed me the facilities of the hotel. The service was impeccable, so much so I didn’t want to head out after check in and stayed in to enjoy the spa and gourmet dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Love the comfortable bed and amazing pillows in the room, and of course, the fantastic location next to the lake with hiking trails, good restaurants, shops and galleries. After I checked out, I discovered my train to the airport was cancelled and had to take an earlier train to make it in time to the Zurich airport. Instead of waiting for the hotel driver, Christian personally drove me to the train station so I will make it in time. I was very well taken care of and felt so pampered that I highly recommend this to be your choice when you visit St. Moritz.

Very warm reception with a complimentary drink and tour of the hotel property. Very comfortable bed with big soft pillows and duvet. Washroom excellent condition with tile and fixtures. Sky Bar at hotel was great for drinks and snacks.

Great Experience, Clean and Newly Renovated Property with a great staff that was always willing to assist. Property was located in a well centralized location to many parts of St. Moritz. <5 min walk to Corviglia lift with ski equipment.

Great stay
I recently spent a few nights at the hotel. After reading the reviews, I realize I had one of the updated rooms. It was great. Hotel was very clean and I found the staff to be helpful/friendly. I would recommend to anyone traveling.

Property is an excellent location right in The Central square . Rooms were large with a proper bed for my daughter . Jr Suite was room we stayed in . Breakfast was good , fresh omelet . Negatives are if you hiring a car you should think about giving up the car . As the hotel is in a pedestrian zone . So they give u special access to come up to hotel and then take your car to park at a nearby parking lot . U don’t really see your car the whole trip as you get free passes for public transport . Housekeeping was quite terrible , didn’t change linen even on asking , floor was dirty post servicing . Room mini bar fridge was not working , excuses such as this to keep things fresh not cool , too many things inside . All excuses were not smart , it’s a mini bar fridge not a cooler box . Bar tender refused to give ice . Room service is 15 chf for ice . Bit strange . Give every room an ice pail and put a machine in the gym . Espresso 6 coffee capsules provided at beginning of stay . They are not refreshed throughout the stay . Need to pay to buy capsule . Makes no sense for a luxury hotel . Overall excellent room , excellent location , front office staff are very good . Would stay again . Little niggles need to be sorted

Great hotel next to ski lift
Excellent hotel. 2 mins walk to the ski lift. Reception amazing - all requests immediately satisfied - sauna, jacuzzi made available at request, breakfast good, restaurant good. I also got an upgrade to a larger room and a welcoming drink. Nothing to fault.

Was comparing Crystal and Monopol, there is none. Monopol is the clear choice if you wondering which one to stay at and you value a younger crowd, cleaner and modern hotel, design, better view, better service. Could see the lake from my 5th floor room. Offered Prosecco when checked in, hot tub (dedicated hour per room during COVID) and sky bar is great (reserved for guests only during COVID so no one there). Modern, fresh, clean, friendly, great view, bars and right on top of all the nice stores, what more can you ask for?

Excellent location, short walk from train station and 2 mins from funicular. Reception staff very welcoming and efficient. Had a meal in Mono restaurant on Saturday night which was nice, but service not fully on the ball. I had to ask twice for water at the beginning of the meal, and I asked for glass of red wine 10 mins before my steak arrived, but had to ask again when it didn’t arrive and only just got it as I finished the steak.

The highlight is the spa on the rooftop with the beautiful view as well as the rooftop bar! The rooms are clean very comfortable and we'll equipped but the style is a bit old. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

This hotel is a gem. The location is great, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the hotel is very nice with a great rooftop bar, pool, amazing view. The hotel rooms are large with plenty of closet space, lounging area and several windows. It's a boutique hotel so you feel very safe here.

Fantastic
Very centralise nearby train station (although preferably use their shuttle coz the hotel was located up hill (from train station) if you bringing big luggages it’s advisable take taxi or hotel shuttle. Also nearby restaurants and shopping paradise. And have beautiful view looking out the St Moritz lake. Walking distance also. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel did a very good job picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. Hotel is next to church but fortunately the bell doesn't ring after 8pm. I am very happy with breakfast staff. By night the breakfast room is an Italian restaurant so the Expresso were very good. Eggs to order are available. We received the turn down service on our first night and last. The train up the ski resort is about 5 min walk.

Wonderful position and great staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was large and very comfortable. Great ammenities including a spa and a great masseur for a reasonable price. The breakfast, included in our rate was first class as was the restaurant for dinner. Definitely recommend this property

the Staff were all most helpful and polite.The room was spotless as was the linen. A little noisy some nights as on a side road. Otherwise had no complaints at all.
