Air conditioning wasn't available, so had to leave windows open at night. A little noise as a result. If it was any hotter, could have become a big problem. Room was spacious and enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Spa area was outstanding, including the five suana options. Primarily ate in the bar versus sitting down for dinner, liked eating in the bar lounge.

Wow! Blown away by the details in this place and super clean. A light switch at your night stand to turn off ALL lights in the room at night. How wonderfully thought out! Every amenity. Spa, indoor pool. Wow, wow, wow.

Swiss service at its best
The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff made us feel very welcoming. The team at breakfast were superb. We have cancelled one day in Urich and extended in Kempinski for this reason. Hope to come back soon

like - *historic building with excellent facilities. *The dining options and restaurant staff are excellent. don't like - *tough walk for skiers to the lift. a property like this should make arrangements to transports skiers to lifts. I had blisters on my knees by the end of my stay. * there should be more options for kids to play games.

Stay at St. Moritz Kempinski
A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities including a beautiful pool and spa. It is a short distance from town in a quiet area with nice walks to the lakes. The staff are very friendly and proactive. The room is large and very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with wide selection of food and comes with complementary cook to order entrees. A nice surprise that our room rate comes with a free local travel pass which gives access to all local rides and mountain access. The concerige staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Marvelous hotel!
Our stay was excellent - the service was impeccable, the location was superb, the food was exquisite, and the spa was enchanting - everything you’d want from a 5 star ski hotel. The only area for improvement we found was the disagreeable mattress. Nevertheless, the experience was cherishable and it would be a pleasure to return.

Nice stay but service to improve
The location and premises were great and the spa is amazing. We stayed over Easter weekend and you could feel it was the last weekend they were opened in terms of service, people were nice but a bit maybe too laid back. The waiters at the enoteca were nice but not discrete and the service was not complementing the food that was honestly amazing.

Perfect for wedding anniversary
As one could expect from a five star hotel, we got five star appreciation of our stay. Very friendly service which was personalized given they created us by our name. Of course it is expensive but quality was there.
