Von Aussen sieht das Hotel etwas betagt aus, aber dieser äussere Anschein trügt. Das Hotel ist im Inneren schön und modern ausgestattet.

There was no bellboy and you have to find a cart for the luggage yourself. The hotel itself is quite nice and the rooms seem to be new & very clean. Nice breakfast buffet - missing a proper coffee ( just machines there). The the rest is a very good selection of everything. Very friendly staff in the hotel. Location is kind of close to Jakobshorn bahn and center, so everything in walking distance

Wir mussten krankheitshalber 1 Zimmer von total 3 Zimmern kurzfristig annulieren (mit Arztzeugnis)! Bei unserem Telefonanruf für die Stornierung des Zimmers war die Rezeption freundlich und versprach zu helfen. Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir die Auskunft, dass wir das stormierte Zimmer (Doppelzimmer mit Einzelbelegung Fr. 377.--) voll bezahlen müssten. Wir haben keinen Zimmerschlüssel erhalten (wurde das Zimmer - in der Hochaisson - etwa nochmals anderen Hotelgästen verkauft?) zudem mussten wir auch das nicht eingenommene Frühstück bezahlen! So etwas ist absolut Kundenunfreundlich - 0% kullant! Daher diese Bewertung und für uns ein Grund niemals mehr dieses Hotel zu buchen!

Schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Wellnessbereich und super gelegen zum Dorf. Auch der Shuttle Service ist super und absolut problemlos. Gern jederzeit wieder & nur zu empfehlen
