Lakefront cabin with kitchen and patio
Newly renovated cabin on the beautiful quiet Northeast side of Houghton Lake. New owners spring of 2021. Cabin has been completely gone through with many new furnishings. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable has been thought of. Over 100 feet of lake front just a few steps out the sliding glass door of the cabin. New dock & day anchors for your water crafts. Sandy bottom right in front of the cabin to play in the water.

Cabin has 3 bedrooms, with queen log bed, queen bed & bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. All bedding is provided & wall mounted oscillating fan in each bedroom.

Cabin has 1 bathroom, stand up shower, 2 hand towels provided, bath towels NOT provided.

Kitchen, living, & dining all open to each other with a ceiling fan & sliding glass door looking out at the lake. A new large stamped concrete patio with picnic table and 2 lawn chairs.

Kitchen amenities--
Gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, brew coffee maker w/ filters, basic cookware, dinnerware & utensils. 2 hand towels & 1 dish rag provided.

Cabin includes--

3 wall mounted oscillating fans
Gas grill (not available late fall to early spring)
Picnic table (not available late fall to early spring)
Fire pit (fire wood not provided) &
a couple lawn chairs right by the water.

3 - Kayaks available for rent. 2-10' & 1- 8' $20 per day per Kayak. Contact owner to arrange.

Close to boat launch & ORV trails.
Open year round. Great location for ice fishing & snowmobiling.

No tents allowed.

Prices--
Memorial weekend through September $180 per night, minimum 4 night stay.
Off season $160 Nightly rate, minimum 2 night stay.

Great Cabin
This was a great little and spacious cabin! Very clean and was stocked with all the necessary supplies needed. We came for TUT weekend and did a lot of ice fishing and snowmobiling. Owners were very accommodating and nice! We will be back.

Best place we've ever stayed on Houghton Lake
This is an absolutely perfect place to stay. The cabin is updated and has everything you need. Exactly what we were looking for inside and outside. Great lakefront patios and firepits for each cabin. The location is perfect as well, with beautiful sunsets and moon reflections off the lake. The lake bottom is sandy and weed free in front of the cabins - perfect for swimming and relaxing in the water. Jonie and Greg are fantastic, and so nice. A pleasure to deal with. We had such a great time, we already booked both cabins for next summer.

Easy booking and great communication with hosts. Nice location with a spot to moor our boat. Plenty of parking for boat trailer and vehicle. Overall great getaway!

Greg and Joanie were wonderful. They introduced themselves the first day we arrived and let us know they were always available for any questions or problems. The cottage was very cute and much larger than the pictures show. Very clean and the lake was perfect for swimming. Looking forward to next year!
