This recently-restored vintage lakehouse is located on the high bluffs of Lake Margrethe in Grayling, Michigan. The house and lakefront offers a relaxing and comfortable setting directly on beautiful Lake Margrethe. The property affords many areas for gathering and entertaining, including a large screened-in porch, back patio with gas grill, grass lawn with great lake views, a pavilion overlooking the water, a long dock and two kayaks, a large great room, and a full dining room.

The amenities in Grayling and the surrounding area provide great opportunities for fun, entertainment, dining, and adventure. Catch a movie at The Rialto theater, explore the Hartwick Pines State Park and forest, take a canoe down the gorgeous Au Sable river, and enjoy food and drinks at Paddlehard Brewing.

Cabin was cozy and clean with a wonderful view of the lake and easy access to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay and appreciated Jane's prompt communication.

Beautiful home on beautiful lake
Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as described/shown on the website. It was the perfect location for us and perfect fit for our 2 families with 5 kids. The lake was great. It is shallow enough for the kids to play in the water without any issues. And we were able to take out the kayaks a few times. The house is situated perfectly to enjoy the beautiful sunsets on Lake Margrethe in the boathouse/gazebo. Jane was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. Would love to return again in the future!
