Hotel is in the PERFECT LOCATION for seeing all of the major sights. Hotel is old and has lots of historical charm. It was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the WiFi was very fast. I highly recommend this hotel. Oh, and Graz is a beautiful city. So glad I visted.

Fantastic location in Graz

Incredible location close to everything. Wonderful bar and cafe right in the hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Excellent location and service. Felt like home and more than perfect. Only one thing for indoor air: soooo dry but this is not for this hotel. Everywhere in Austria.....

Nice hotel in the center

Pros: location
Cons: staff should be more smiley
Location: central location near the hot spots
Baroque style design, rooms are spacious and clean.No parking in the hotel but they a have rate with a nearby parking underground. Breakfast is moderate, i found it a little highly priced for 17euro. Staff are not smiley however helpful.

Very disappointing first night.

Pros: Location
Cons: Please reexamine your policy for the cleaning staff to ensure that the rooms/beds are in good condition (THAT THE BEDDING IS CLEAN/LAUNDERED)!
Location: Restaurants, Uhrturm, Shopping and beautiful chuches
I had requested a higher floor and had made my reservation in June. I received a room on the first floor. I asked for availability in another room. 403 was available. I chose that one. I was preparing for bed and found a curly hair on the sheets. As it was a thin sheet, I looked closer and there were multiple stains from previous guests on the under pads. I can't explain how disgusted I was. The person at the front desk brought up a new flat sheet and I had to REMOVE THE SOILED SHEETS AND MAKE THE BED MYSELF. I have NEVER had an experience like this before. The hotel was situated perfectly for shopping, etc., but the hotel would need to reexamine the procedure for ensuring the cleanliness of its beds/rooms before I would EVER consider staying here again. The next day the room was cleaned, but it's hard to overcome first impressions and mine was NOT a good one. The garbage can in the bathroom was broken and the face plate for the shampoo/shower gel in the shower fell off.
