Very dark in hallways and outside. Were told no one would enter room but they did as noticed by emptied garbage. Did nothing else though. Location not bad though.

Very nice hotel! Rooms are small but functional. Staff is friendly. Good, quiet location right on the tramline; easy to get to the town center and the major attractions. The area seemed safe and the hotel is within a short walk to grocery stores. There’s a McDonald’s nearby for cappuccino in the morning.

Stayed in Graz on the way to Corinthia. Lovely hotel with a view of the castle and the old town. The staff were brilliant and the breakfast amazing. Graz is a hidden gem, a gorgeous city that doesn't get the recognition it deserves.

Disgusting dirty old place
That’s a disgrace to call this place a “best western plus”. It is definitely not. It’s old, but not historic old - it’s stinky and rundown old: the mattresses are probably from the 60s, but there are some kind of covers put on top of them to hide it. You cannot sleep in those beds because you go all the way down - that’s how bad the mattresses are. We asked to exchange the room and were given the same type of a room but on a different floor. I am so disgusted by this place. It’s also dirty and there is somebody's hair all over the bed, stains on the sheets. There was even an ant trap in a bathroom. Really? Call yourselves “Motel 6” and there won’t be any questions. But “Best Western Plus”? Seriously?

Jan, on reception was very helpful with directions and travel advice. He spoke fluent English and helped me with the nuances of Graz public transport.

Great stay in comfortable hotel with great staff
Very nice stay in a clean and comfortable hotel, near the city center. Nice staff, supportive, helped us with parking, gave good advice. Also very affordable prices.

Nice hotel but no gym
Nice hotel, rooms are a little on the small side but bathroom is big. They have a 24 hour bar. Sauna is good. The promised gym however does not exist. A bike and a stepper next to the saunado not qualify as fitness facility (not sure what American women would be thinking when they are working out with the view of naked men coming out of the sauna...). Good location next to the expo and close to the city center.

Business travel in Graz
Booked for a group meeting customers in Graz. Room was very comfortable. Location was less than a mile from the city center and easy to walk to restaurants. Breakfast was nice with good options. They have a bar area but I never used. Used tables in dining area to discuss business with others in the group. This was also closely located to the main train station. I was able to walk to the hotel from the train, but they have above ground cable cards that take you throughout the city as well. I would stay again.

It was quite good. Room was smallish and could have done without the extra uncomfortable office style chair. The Breakfast spread was very very good. Fresh, well presented and plenty of variety.

The Hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. We arrived after 9:00 pm and there was no parking left and we had to find a place on the street. The only street parking available was about three blocks away. We unloaded our luggage at the hotel and then parked the car, Graz was a very interesting city and we were glad to had visited there.

Great hotel but breakfast is only average
Was overall a pleasant stay without any troubles. Staff very friendly, fifteen minutes' walk to the old town centre. The rooms are a little small and the breakfast is only average (though not bad).

Nice I hotel , easy to get in and out of the ciy
I spent there 2 days with my wife . Nice superior rooms. The extra charge for breakfast makes it quite expensive, but you can get a nice one at a close distance, Convenient as a point for excursions in the area . Good public transportation to the city centre and local attractions.

Fantastic price and service with a smile
The rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing was too much bother for the staff from keeping the bar open late to opening the breakfast room early for departing guests. Service with a smile. Would definitely recommend whether for a ski trip, visit to Maribor for a sporting event or just passing through.

Nice and German (Austrian) clean. Good beds and bathroom. Next time I would just prefer to stay in a room that doesn't look on on of the 2 main streets. Didn't like a high breakfast 14 euro extra charge. And there was no place for my car in the Hotels garage. It was full. But would stay there again. Although it's a little overpriced. For my opinion it should be about 70 - 80 euro with breakfast.

A lovely, new hotel with great facilities. Everything looks brand new and represents value for money. We used it as a base for our short trip to Venice and more than happy with our choice.

Everything was good, nice hotel, very clean, has private garage. The only negatives are internet connection (very slow, not working for moments) and two/separated mattresses within one king size bed. Despite that, hotel staff was very helpful and answered to all our requests promptly. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a business stay or leisure.
