AC was not working when I arrived. Front desk immediately checked it and had another room available for me and had the key to my new room delivered to me in the first room. I was upgraded to a privileged room with wet bar included at no extra charge. They handled it extremely well.

Housekeeping staff noisy and loud ! If you want to be woken up like in a prison camp by shouting staff then this is your place ! On the busiest weekend in their calendar the managements had a nice weekend off and I could not talk to them about my experience. Happy that they could sleep in , I could not !!

Property was nice. Tub drain didn’t work but we lifted it out. Appreciate the coffee and the staff gave us extra
Pros: Very convenient and close to shops and restaurants.
Cons: Queen-size bed with a single cover; if you move around, your leg will be out of the cover. The heater is on all the time even if it's springtime, a waste of energy.
Wifi was not available in my room. Although hotel receptionosts knew the problem they did not inform me of it at the time of my check in. After I requested room change they tried to move to smaller room with the same rate.
Hotel was really comfortable, nice and clean. Perfect location for my needs. Room was available before check-in time which is always a great thing. Did not have breakfast as I had to leave early.

The only disappointing thing I could write about is the cleaning service. There was some kind of dirt on the floor near the window, which could easily be vacuum cleaned, but it was not removed for 3 days!
Extremely comfortable hotel located in the centre of Graz, very friendly staff.

Eigentlich immer gut
Ich bin Öfters im Mercure und es war immer gut. Nur diesmal hat die Fernbedienung des TVs nicht funktioniert und zugleich hat auch noch das WLAN nur sporadisch funktioniert. Wäre das nicht gewesen könnte ich das Mercure nur empfehlen.
