Average stay. Room was clean, and small kitchen nice to have. Pillows really flat and extra one's in room would be nice. Family pool in basement fun for kids. Would be nice if hottub was actually hot and not like a lukewarm bath. The games room, while sounds fun, is ridiculously expensive. Makes sense that it was dead when we were there. Really disappointing that the airplane restaurant was closed the two days we were there as thats why we booked this hotel. Parking is very expensive and should be included with the room rate as this is not a busy part of town. Not much to walk to other than the grocery store.

Property outdated. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Its a European style spa(no clothes allowed) you can wear your bathing suit but they will stare at you. We ended up leaving.

Our wellness oasis is divided into textile and textile-free zones. So it is up to each guest to decide whether they want to show themselves more revealingly or whether they prefer to wear bathing suits. Niesamowity pomysł z umieszczeniem samolotu na dachu. Tam fajny bar i restauracja. W starej części wystrój trochę stary ale jest czysto. Śniadanie super. Rewelacyjne miejsce na nocleg w drodze z na południe Europy.

Good spa - shame about the room
Enjoyed the spa and pool areas, room was a bit sad, needs updating. Particularly didn't like the fact that there was no air conditioning (hot in July) and my room was next to a noisy ventilation unit. Quite far out of town, needed to catch a bus (last one @ 20:00).

Spa hotel in attractive city
Although there was a problem with our booking on arrival, this wasn't the hotel's fault and the staff were extremely helpful. This is a modern hotel with an extensive spa area, a bus ride away from Graz city centre - as a result it wasn't so expensive and offered good value for money. Room was comfortable and clean, though entrance to the shower was narrow and would have caused problems to a larger or less mobile guest. Food was very good, though the menu was a bit limited - breakfast was more than adequate and offered good value. The hotel is about a 15 minute bus ride from the tourist attractions, but there's a 10 minute interval service, very inexpensive on a 24-hour or tourist ticket basis. The pool and spa pool were clean and pleasant (pool a bit chilly one night!) but be aware that it's used for aerobic classes early morning and evening - guests welcome but means lengths etc not possible. The spa area has a lot of facilities, but you need to be aware that clothing isn't allowed in there! Overall this hotel offered very good value for money.

Empfehlenswert, insbesondere für Flugzeugliebhaber
Ein tolles Hotel, mal etwas anderes, im positiven Sinne - die Flugzeuge auf dem Dach sind klasse, und selbst, wenn das Restaurant und die Bar geschlossen haben, kann man sie besichtigen und sogar ins Cockpit. Das Apartment war sauber und komfortabel, lediglich die zusätzliche Schlafcouch eignete sich aufgrund ihrer Größe eher für ein als zwei Kinder. Die Küchenzeile hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können, z.B. mit Trockentüchern. Ansonsten gibt es aber nichts zu bemängeln. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren durchwegs sehr freundlich. Der Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen, wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht, hat gut gepasst, für die Kinder waren die Flugzeuge ein mega Highlight, Frühstück hat große Auswahl, Personal sehr freundlich Negativ fand ich, dass ich auch bei einem Aufenthalt im Hotel die Parkgebühr für die Garage zahlen muss die für 24std 12€ betragen..

Sie haben alles vergessen, keine Handtuch , Keine Badetuch, Keine Patschen, Keine Flaschenöffner… etc.. und ich soll runter vom Rezeption alles selber abholen gehen… Zusätzlich war der Person vom Rezeption sauer so wie ganze meine Schuld wäre. Also hat sich erledigt und nicht mehr!

Meine Tochter und ich waren für eine Nacht im Hotel. Sehr nett war, dass uns die Rezeptionsmitarbeiterinnen extra den Zugang zu den Flugzeugen zum Besichtigen aufsperrte, obwohl Ruhetag war. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant der Wellness Arena waren auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Leider war es für meine Tochter und mich etwas befremdlich, dass die Bereiche von Textil- und Nacktbereich nicht klar gekennzeichnet waren bzw. nicht eingehalten wurden.

Was sicher eine Attraktion ist sind die beiden Flugzeuge auf dem Dach mit Bar und Restaurant. Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel für 3 Sterne viel zu teuer! Überteuerte Essens-und Getränkepreise für ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Extrabezahlung für Bademantel und Badeschuhe. Im Grundsatz, für alles muss extra bezahlt werde. Ausser Badetücher, Duschgel alles auf minimum reduziert, keine Tee oder Kaffe, Mineralwasser vorhanden. Ansonsten Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Viel Lärm am frühen Morgen ca 06.00 Uhr, Lieferantenlieferungen u.s.w. Für eine Nacht ok.

Lage: Schönes, innovatives Hotel wo Flugzeuge (z. Bsp. IL 14) auf dem Dach stehen und die für die Versorgungseinrichtungen (Restaurants, Bars usw.) genutzt werden. Super Idee und es funktioniert prima. Es kann sich in die Cockpits gesetzt werden und vieles mehr. Zimmer: Saubere, funktionell eingerichtete Zimmer. Wir hatten Business Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, war bei der Hitze ideal, die Economy Zimmer sind nicht mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet! Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Um sein Zimmer zu finden sollte man einen ausgeprägten Spürsinn sein Eigen nennen. Aber...es ist alles sehr gut ausgeschildert, das heißt, dass man sein Haupt dann gut zur Ruhen betten kann, den dieselben (Betten) sind sehr gut. Matratzen für uns zu weich. Service: Sehr kompetentes und freundliches Personal, die Kommunikation per Mail hat super funktioniert. Danke! Auf Allergien (bei mir Laktoseintoleranz, bei Buchung bitte mit angeben) wird umfassend reagiert und das Personal war auch informiert, ist bei manchen Unterkünften nicht immer so. Herzlichen Dank. Kommunikation: WLAN sehr gut, stabile Bandbreite.

Lieber Gast, vielen lieben Dank für das tolle Feedback! Es freut uns riesig, dass Sie einen schönen Aufenthalt bei uns verbracht und sich wohlgefühlt haben. Zwischenzeitlich haben wir auch in allen Business+ Zimmer eine Klimaanlage eingebaut, diese Kategorie ist teilweise auch schon fertig renoviert und bis Sommer 2022 vergrößern wir uns um 16 weitere First-Class Zimmer. Also immer etwas Neues. Es ist richtig, dass man bei 14.000 m² Gästefläche schon einen guten Orientierungssinn besitzen muss - nicht nur als Gast, sondern auch als Crewmitglied ;-) Wir freuen uns auf Ihren nächsten Besuch, viele Grüße aus Graz Ihr NOVAPARK Flugzeughotel Team
