Very serviceable. Basic, clean room with some amenities. Room was comfortable but if you are looking for fancy, this is not it. Appreciated that there was a refrigerator and microwave which are always handy on a road trip. Everything was neat and clean, bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Located right on Route 7 made it convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. Plus a great off season rate made this a good choice.

Rooms are very clean. Staff is excellent only problem is the Heating/AC mounted Unit in the rooms are very loud when they turn and off Not allowing you to sleep well. Staying at this location in Spring or Fall is best so as not to use the heat or a/c especially if your a light sleeper.

Stayed in rm 27. The room had hair on the floor in the bathroom. The room smelled. Cigarette butts all over the ground outside. Microwave and fridge had gross finger prints all over them. I had to clean the shelf above the closet because it was so dirty. We didn’t even stay the second night we ended up just leaving.

Nice, clean place, in a convenient location. Well maintained. Easy access. The one issue (big) is that the drapes don't fully cover the window looking out into the parking lot which means that it's very bright in the room at night making it difficult to sleep.

No frills, but very clean. Furniture is old, but bedding is new. Shower area recently redone. Two feet between dresser and bed, which is plenty. Side table on each side of bed. Excellent value.

We have stayed here a half dozen times, and if you are simply looking for a clean place to lay your head for the night with no frills, then this place is perfect! The rooms have always been clean and everything in good working order. So what that they don't have breakfast...there is an AMAZING breakfast spot right across the street. Take HALF the money you saved by avoiding big name hotels and you'll get a much better breakfast! We've never had noise issues, never felt "unsafe", and the staff is super friendly!!!! We will continue to stay here every time we make it out to The Berkshires!!!

The rate was a bargain for all we needed: a warm, clean, cozy room on our Berkshires stop-over. Check-in and out was also easy. The only minus: I couldn't maintain a stable connection to the motel wi-fi on one of my devices.

This is your basic 2 star property, but it is well maintained and very comfortable. It brought back memories of childhood travels with my parents. And there is good food within walking distance. Friendly owner/desk person.

nice clean room. good amount of space. comfy. windows open front & back. nice view out back. loose toilet seat was not repaired (this is a simple 5 minute job with a screwdriver) even though I asked for it. coffee only in office after 8 am, none in room.
