I'll stay again!

With bad weather and delayed flights all day, I arrived 10 hours after I planned to and the hotel staff was very gracious and the room & bed were very much appreciated. Comfortable bed, hot shower, fridge microwave (though I don't think all rooms have these 2 items) and lots of space, along with a hot breakfast and friendly folks, made my stay at Great Falls Inn very lovely. A special thank you to my new friend McKenzie, whose mommy works at the hotel, she made my last morning very special by having breakfast with me. 💜

Decent hotel near hospital

The hotel was conveniently located for me and was adequate. I was disappointed the gym was closed as that was one reason I chose that particular hotel.

Hello Kelly, I am so sorry you missed your workout! Your comment does not specify the dates of your stay, but our Fitness Center was closed on November 5 for a special event and conference. I do apologize. Normally, our Fitness Center is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and we will open it at other hours by request since it is in the lower level and will not disturb other guests. We hope you will come back and give us another try. Thank you for staying with us!

Quiet and convenient

Pros: Nothing was fancy but everything was clean and functional.
Cons: More work on doors could be done to improve the quiet. The hotel wasn't full when I stayed, so noise was minimal.
Location: Location is central to downtown Great Falls.
My two-night stay was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet (though there was some door slamming audible from my room) despite being right next to the hospital's emergency medicine wing. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: price, location
Cons: see above note
The staff needs to tell us that the sink in the room is not really plugged - if you remove the plunger completely, it drains just fine. No one told us that till we reported the "problem" on departure.

A great stay!

Our first time staying in this hotel which is conveniently located very near the medical community. The room was very clean and lovely. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever had! Everything was perfect, including the staff!!

Unexpected location

Pros: The hotel and the room were as expected.
Cons: Not sure.
Location: Arrived later at night and left early in the morning so didn't have time to explore.
It may be a great location for those going to the hospital, but wasn't quite what I expected location-wise.

wasted money, i could not stay. left same night !

Location: NA
Dirty, nothing working,staff sharbbly dressed, I do not feel save under such enviroment, so i have to check out same night without asking for refund of money i paid. please this shoud not be in your list!
