The bathroom is very small and the shower is REALLY small. The small fridge froze $35.00 worth of berries, veggies, cheese and a brand new one litre of milk. When I finally, after leaving a message for a return call, spoke to someone at the desk I didn’t get an apology but rather it was insinuated that it was my fault. I explained the situation a couple of times but got no where. In my mind this was very poor customer service. In our opinion it is the responsibility of the hotel to ensure the fridge is set properly . After all, it is their equipment. We have travelled extensively in Australia and have never had this fridge issue or such rude service.
