Fantastic location where you could walk to great cafes & the main street. Made our stay much easier then having to load kids in the car. Great sized 2 bedroom configuration.

Staff were friendly upon greeting, our apartment was lovely and clean, the view over looking the town and sea was amazing. We had our own parking bay which was great. It was only a couple of minutes to walk into town and the local bar was in eye view from our balcony.

When you make your booking check they haven’t put you in one of the ground floor rooms. They do not resemble the photos. Small pokey window looking into the car park.

This was a very modern and comfortable room. It has been recently renovated. The people who stayed in our room before us must have had fish bait in the fridge so when we opened the fridge, an awful stench filled the room. Since the motel was fully booked, They were unable to move us to another room. The manager came by to try and clean the fridge after hours which we really appreciated. The room still stank badly but we appreciated her attempt to help us. Besides this fridge issue. We had a very comfortable stay.

Noisy, could hear the person next door snoring. The room was recently updated and looked good , cleaners done a Great job and spotless.Items in the bar fridge and on the counter charging rediculous prices. Belongs in the seventies! I would not choose this accommodation again but had no choice as had to attend funeral in early Jan 2023. Limited choice in Albany during new year period. Just our opinion!

Receptionist wasn't friendly or welcoming, didn't even explain where our room was. Clearly wanting her shift to end. There was a door /doors banging all night.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartments which is a very short drive from the hotel. Views over the bay was amazing. The apartment had a kitchen with oven and microwave, toaster kettle and crockery etc. great lounge area with Foxtel. Lots of storage if staying a few days and the beds were comfortable All in all have a great 3 night break and would go back again

Aside from being a bit pricey for what it is, one of the better motels I’ve stayed in. Quiet, clean, efficient service. (Too qualify though, it was a long weekend, with several events happening, I booked close the my stay, and there is a shortage of accommodation in Albany)

The property looks dated from the front but the rooms have been renovated and they are modern. Small balcony with good views and very central so you can walk to bars and shops etc. Very good value
