“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. At check in, we noticed that whenever we turned on any faucet in our room, the water came out dangerously hot. I had to call the front desk three times before Doug from maintenance came to our room on the last day. He explained that he had turned down the water temperature, but that the regulator was broken and there was nothing else he could do until the part came in later that week.
