“Parking was a nightmare. I wanted to pull up to the front doors, I had my elderly handicap mother with me. I was told no I had to p go to self parking, which was behind the building in a parking ramp and very confusing signage to tell you where the hotel entrance was. I mean, I know it’s a casino and they want everybody to gamble and enter, but we were spending the night there were no wheelchairs to get from the parking ramp to in the building. There is no help for luggage once you’re in the……
