“I don't usually leave five stars for every category, but this property was excellent all-around. Quick replies were always received from the host, and he was accommodating when our check-in date needed to be changed at the last minute. There was no noise from other units and parking was easy. The weather was warm when we were there (end of June) and the unit's air conditioning worked perfectly to keep us cool. Really, nothing bad to say. Everything was clean and ready for us to move in. “Attractive grounds, convenient location. Room was big & bed was comfortable, but TV was very small. Bathroom was standard. Whole place needs maintenance. Gym was poor: elliptical machine made grinding noise. There was one bike, a treadmill & and one elliptical. The gym needs maintenance & updating .A few weights & a weight bench, Small room. Breakfast was just ok, omelet looked like packaged one, Velveeta type cheese in it.”

“The property looks like it's getting set up to be a great property to stay at, but still a lot of TLC needed in the rooms and community area. Our room was without any hand soap in the bathroom, no wash clothes only bath towels. There was very limited parking when we arrived (we were a bit later in the evening 10 o'clock) Lighting not very good. I think this property has great potential, but the little things like towels and hand soap, shampoo if (offering, etc.) should be available.”
