Pros: Was all good
Cons: The towel rail in the bathroom was very hot but there is a warning. I accidentally brushed against it and i think it will take some time to heal.
Location: Went foe a specific reason
Staff were very welcoming nothing was a bother. The decor is smart rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant food was very good. On the whole an excellent choice.

Nice hotel and location. Problems with billing,

Hotel was fine, but on your booking site it stated breakfasts included. I printed out your confirmation which, although it did not say room only, neither did it confirm breakfasts included. Therefore on checking in I asked and was told they were included. (We would not have taken them otherwise.) On checking out we were asked to pay for the breakfasts as they were NOT included. I queried this, and we paid for the room only and were told we would be contacted by the manager re the charges after we got home (we were checking out at 6am). A phone call did come, which was not from the manager but a member of staff, but the matter was not resolved satisfactorily The manager was too busy in the cellar to speak to me, but said basically that, ok, pay nothing but don't try and book with them again because they would refuse me. I was absolutely gobsmacked at effectively being blacklisted for raising a genuine complaint. I never refused to pay for the breakfasts, but felt we could reach a compromise. I have written directly to both the manager and Great Western. Not very happy.

Good for pric

Room is comfortable and nice, no problems with that. Only problem was with paying £10 for a sausage, 2 rashes of bacon and scrambled egg! Breakfast was ludicrously expensive and not worth it

Quiet stop to avoid the center of Glasgow

Generally really good experience. Would have been nice to know there wasn't any lifts as we had our elderly parents with us. Very friendly staff, very clean and well presented room if a little small/cramped. Would visit again.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Stayed 1 night after a family celebration. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The hotel was beautifully decorated and of a higher standard than 3 stars. I would definitely recommend it.

Only there for one night but fine

We were told we could bring our dog, but sadly he was only really allowed in the room so we couldn't sit in the bar which was a shame.
