Front desk staff are top notch

Pros: Staff at this hotel are super.
Cons: The rooms feel small.
Location: Within walking distance of Glasgow attractions.
This boutique hotel gets many things right, and most of all, their front desk staff can do enough for you.

Fabulous Hotel and an even better welcome!

I have stayed at the Indigo Hotel group before so I know they are a boutique style. And this hotel in Glasgow was really terrific. The welcome we got from Felix and Colm was fantastic. The room had 2 queen beds. This was good for our family of 4. I must comment on the breakfast as whilst it was good to excellent for quality of food there was some serious lacking. Firstly the quantity of the offering was small ie. Plates of ham, cheese, and fruit and croissant was not refilled quickly - staff were run off their feet In order to keep up. How about putting out larger plates so It doesn't run out and people wouldn't have to wait. We had dinner at the Marco Pierre White restaurant which forms part of the hotel restaurant and two of us had pork belly. There were 2 very small match stick size pieces of cracking on top and it was served with broad beans and a salty sauce. It would have been nice to have a green veggie or potato One of us had the Caesar salad and apparently it was mediocre. The sweet was brownie and child 1 reported it was good. The overall service left a lot to be desired. The location of the hotel is good and close to mostly everything one needs as a tourist.

Pros: staff.cleanliness.central.
Location: good for shopping and eating out.
nice warm welcome at hotel and early check in to our room. room nice and clean and had complementary soft drinks and confectionary which was a nice touch.

Good location

Hotels in a good location close to shopping. Om a nice quiet street. Rooms were a little small. Had a mini bar With soft drinks, water and snacks-that were free- it was a nice touch. Be nice to have two different types of pillows your pillows are a little hard.

Komfortables Hotel im Stadtzentrum

Pros: das Frühstück
Location: Nähe Bahnhof und damit nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum
Prima Service, schöne Räume. Ideal um die Stadt Glasgow zu entdecken.

Bra hotell med mycket centralt läge

Pros: Rent, fräscht med centralt läge.
Cons: Sätt upp några krokar i den mycket rymliga "hallen" så kan man hänga av sig ytterkläder där. It would be great if you put up hooks in the hallway.
Fräscht hotell med stort, luftigt rum. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. För hård säng för min smak, men rent och fint. Uppskattade kylskåp/gratis minibar (läsk och vatten) och vattenkokare. Tre galgar i minimal garderob var på tok för lite. Mycket centralt läge.

Staff very helpful and friendly nothing was a problem for them seemed pleased to be of assistance. Hotel was very clean with good quality furnishings would definitely stay again

Stylish hotel in city centre

Pros: Location and style. Rooms have great attention to detail.
Our second visit to Hotel Indigo and again a great stay. Stylish hotel in one of Glasgow's impressive former commercial buildings. Very easy to walk to all the amenities and attractions of central Glasgow. Very close to central station but quiet. Friendly, efficient and professional staff. Plentiful and tasty Sunday breakfast.

Early morning blues

Overall the hotel is very good. Staff efficient and facilities excellent. Location central for Glasgow. Breakfast was slow and disorganised. A bit like the England football team you need a system when things are busy. Had a room at the back of the hotel. Seagulls and bin collectors a nightmare in early morning. But not much you can do about this. Overall lovely hotel just need to up the service side a notch 😀
