On arrival we were promptly told we had a free drink as part of our VIP privilege, we drank in the lovely bar area. We were given a lovely room on floor 10 overlooking the river. Staff were friendly and the bed was super comfy. Biggest TV we have ever had in a hotel.

The location was perfect for our trip, the breakfast buffet was great, as was the front desk staff. We did not get a response regarding a couple of housekeeping requests which was the only downside. Otherwise, we enjoyed the hotel and would definitely return.

For a recently refurbished room, it wasnt very clean. Walls had marks and splashes of something on them. The refillable bodywash and shampoo bottles looked dirty and hardly anything in the body lotion, shower tray had marks. Generally a nice stay however, great location.

Nice hotel. Looks well refurbished. Only comment would be room 206 seems to be near some plumbing or something as could hear it throughout the night. I'm a light sleeper though and partner barley noticed it.

Very central for shopping, great staff. Lovely and clean inside the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, something for everyone. My daughter is celiac and was separate station with own toaster bread and cereal. Her hit food came straight from the kitchen so there was no cross contamination from the buffet. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning in the future to stay again.

We were here for 4 nights, so few hooks to hang up coats and some drawers would be great, there is a small wardrobe but was full when we hung up our winter coats. So all other clothes for the 3 of us had to stay in the case. Had room cleaned once on the 3rd day, could have really been done with having the bins emptied and tea replenished on the 2nd day, didn’t need bed and towels changed at all. Had to ask for an extra blanket as the 2nd bed had a thinner duvet and the heating too noisy to be kept on over night. Lovely room and staff, just a couple of tweaks to make it even better. There was some renovations going on int the lobby but no disruption to guests.

The hotel was under renovation and we have people doing some work outside our Room on our first morning. The hotel by itself is very pleasant, easy access to and from the airport and the cisty center. The room was lovely great bed and lovely bathroom. Our main issue was the noise, the walls are so thin you can hear the people next door (having a normal conversation) the air con was really noisy and in general noise from in and our of the hotel - We did not sleep for 2 nights !

We arrived in Glasgow from Chicago at 11am. The hotel let us check in early. The bed is really comfortable, so great to sleep before we headed out into Glasgow. Also, I love the fruit bowl in the hallway, oranges were a great late night snack. MacSorley's Pub is two blocks down, live music every night. Both nights excellent musicians.

Had a fantastic stay on the 13th of Jan! Check in was quick and efficient, room available early which was great as we had plans! The renovations to the bedroom are amazing! Everything you need plus more! Thank you!
