A little disappointing

First, we got put in the wrong room, staff changed over and were very apologetic, we weren't too fussed about this. We then got to the right room and there was a very weird smell. Next week tried to use the air con and it didn't work properly. Then I went to use the toilet and the toilet is in one room and you have to go next door to use the sink and this is where the shower is too. Very weird and annoying if you ask me. Cleaners very noisy before 9am, on a Sunday morning when check out is 12pm I wasn't best pleased at getting woke up. On the plus side they allow animals and gave my puppy a toy and the reception staff were friendly.
