Not worth the money

Over priced for what your getting, not the greatest idea having toilet separate from the sink/shower better with a travel lodge, yes central location for shops/bars/restaurants but that the only postive

Poor quality room, hostel standards.

Pros: Staff were nice.
Cons: Overall quality, comfort and hygiene.
Location: Location is great at the end of Sauchiehall St and Bath street. Walk to west end or city centre in 10/15minutes.
Booked a room for 3 and there was a double bed and sofa pull out. Sofa pull out as you can imagine had a terrible thin mattress. When we complained, we were given a duvet to pad the mattress. The carpet, chair, curtains and mattress were badly stained. Chair, desk and room furnishings were made from badly damaged and chipped wood. Did not use the leisure facilities so can not comment. Although this is a centrally located hotel, it is not worth the money. We used last minute and paid £225 for two nights, no breakfast or dinner. The staff were very pleasant and obliging. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Nice trip good price. Lovely staff. Got moved to room as the second bed was old and could feel the springs but staff didn't hesitate to move us which was lovely of them. Breakfast was great and room service was efficient. Would like to come back for a longer stay to provide time to use the sauna as time was short on this stay. Thank you.

Excellent location!

Great location- close to downtown Glasgow and the Glasgow School of Art. Hotel staff was wonderful. We got in from a late flight and arrived at 1030. We ordered room service as we had two small children and the food that came up after a long time was absolutely ridiculous. The cheese and pickle sandwich was cold with shredded cheese falling out of it on untoasted bread and the soup was from a can, the ceaser salad was lettuce with mayo and nothing else, and the Scotch we so desperately needed at that point( traveling with two children) we seriously a thimble full. It was so resiculous that we had to ask the man who delivered it what was going on. He said if we went to the bar it would be triple that size but their bar was closed and that's what you get when you order room service. He took some money if the bill for the dinner which was a joke but not enough to make any of it worth it.

Don't stay there!

In need of serious updating. Bedside table still had crumbs and juice marks on it, worn out carpet and there was a huge disabled chair in the shower!

Location great. Stay not so much.

We had a rough day. There were kids running up and down the hallway screaming playing tag, no parents around so when we called front desk he simply said "sorry there is a big group that just booked in". We went down to the bar, entertainment was great but Calarmari cost 6.50 for 5 lousy pieces. And not one person asked how it was. They are upgrading the windows. They have 0 insulation, there were drunk kids outside yelling and purposely trying to make noise. And we heard everything. Breakfast was dis organized. Food was okay. Coffee was burnt, again no one came back and asked how things were. The hotel was clean and front desk was good. My overall experience unfortunately will have to be a negative based upon everything that happened, and the sole fact that I paid a good amount of money for a room, had 0 peace and quiet, as well as my bad experience with the kitchen/bar staff. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was located 2 mins walk for event we were attending a 12 mins walk from train station or 6 mins in Taxi but the length of Taxi Que we walked checked in promptly and back out to our event in 30 mins Breakfast was buffet but a full English was there coming out fresh all the time Staff very friendly
