Cons: Housekeeping weak. Too involved in turnaround trade with neglect of extended stayers. One day the room had not been serviced by 5.0p.m.!
Mainly weekday business clientele with weekend one-nighters. Breakfast at 16.90 ponds p.p choice was limited. Limited dinner menu.

Came for one nights stay at the radisson, was first of all told our room had been cancelled but was soon sorted. Room was lovely couldn't fault at all other than the noise of the fan which was very noisy and couldn't be turned off. However the breakfast which we had in room was terrible, tea was slightly warm, food had obviously been left under hot plate so wasn't nice at all.

Central location but not comfortable

Pros: It's central location.
Cons: The rooms need refurbishing. The mattress needs changing and the layout of the rooms needs rethinking.
The room (552) was disappointing. The mattress was uncomfortable and the bed was close to the wall on one side. Not easy for 1 person to get out in the middle of the night without disturbing the other. The bathroom had a glass wall into the bedroom, which means that if you use it in the middle of the night, the other person will be disturbed by the light going on. The TV and table were in the middle of the room on a turntable. This made the room feel cramped. The television was far too high to be watched comfortably, The room furnishings were very tired.

Pros: The location
Cons: Make the rooms much brighter and replace cracked sinks and repair shower fittings.
The best thing about this hotel is its location - near to the Central Station, shops, restaurants and bars. Lovely staff, great breakfast and impressive entrance. However, although spacious and modern our room was very dark and gloomy. Decent sized bathroom but surprised to see that our sink was really cracked and the shower fitting was coming off the wall. The breakfast was lovely - plenty of choice and good quality food.

Not worth the money

Pros: Location
Cons: Some of the bar staff appeared disinterested and dining room too 'tight packed'. Draughty lobby appeared to be due to design, so unlikely to improve.
Location: Good location with plenty of bars/restaurants nearby and railway station adjacent.
Hotel lobby/bar draughty, probably due to design. Breakfast ok but barely room to move.
