Good hotel

Pros: As above
Location: Quiet area, but handy for Stirling and Glasgow.
A good hotel, with a clean room in a quiet area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was of a high standard.

Relaxing stay

Quiet room bliss Bed was a bit bouncy but comfortable Breakfast was plentiful - Maybe tables with food be higher as too many children had easy access to play with food also coughing all over open displayed food - could adults be advised children are to be seated at all times in the restaurant or polite notice no children under the age of 12 near displayed food ? This would greatly prove breakfast experience for all customers! We ate elsewhere at night !

Good hotel. Lovely scenery.

Good overall stay. We got a morning check in fine which was appreciated as we have 2 dogs. Wife had a spa treatment @10:00 which she said was great. Only minor gripe was the fact on check out I was charged for the stay even though I had already paid via hotels.com(1 reward night +£21 excess). It was only after I queried the bill that this was rectified.

Room was very spacious and the hotel left a bottle of prosecco for my boyfriends birthday. Very welcoming. Pool was very busy it was difficult to get a shot of the hot tub.

Pros: Accommodation was fine.
The accommodation was good but the meal and service at the function was terrible . We have never had worse.

Comfortable and relaxing

Pros: Friendly staff and good facilties.
Cons: It would be nice to receive bath robes in the standard rooms too. We did have the use of one from the spa though.
Location: Only there for the weekend and we were there for a function close by. Didn't get the opportunity to explore the area properly.
Hotel was the perfect location for our trip. Treatments in the spa were very relaxing and the spa facilties were very good. Breakfast was extremely good and included in our room rate which we thought reasonable.
