Pros: Accommodation was fine.
The accommodation was good but the meal and service at the function was terrible . We have never had worse.

Comfortable and relaxing

Pros: Friendly staff and good facilties.
Cons: It would be nice to receive bath robes in the standard rooms too. We did have the use of one from the spa though.
Location: Only there for the weekend and we were there for a function close by. Didn't get the opportunity to explore the area properly.
Hotel was the perfect location for our trip. Treatments in the spa were very relaxing and the spa facilties were very good. Breakfast was extremely good and included in our room rate which we thought reasonable.

overall met our needs very well. clean facilities, staff friendly and able. Failed to provide accurate information about booking arrangements, booked via third party, T's & C's not fully understood. Did not explain accurately facts otherwise super

Pros: Swimming was good
Cons: Room service
Ordered breakfast for room service and it never came spoke to reception and the lady said I will let the no that didn't help

Can't fault it for a short business trip stay

Pros: nice, quite location... clean rooms.. helpful staff... and a free drink voucher during check-in..
short stay for 2 nights.. didn't use any of the resort/spa facilities but can't fault it otherwise.. nice restaurant.. great view from room window on third floor..

Stayed here as attending a function

Pros: I liked the location, looking over the golf course.
Cons: The quality of breakfast could be improved, there was a great selection but the sausages were poor quality and the black pudding was inedible.
Overall I enjoyed my stay. The function room was lovely set up. However not enough staff. The tables were left heaving with empty glasses, long wait to be served at the bar as only one bar person serving most of the time. Bar had a lack of glasses, no wonder as they were all on the tables !

Location: Were attending wedding at nearby location
For a last minute booking it was good value & an enjoyable stay.

Good hotel, but could do better for the price

Sauna was not available - huge disappointment. Breakfast availability was patchy - despite hard working staff. Special orders were subject to surcharge despite the cost of the stay including breakfast.

I will address the breakfast issue with our team, although I am delighted that our team looked after you well. Some of the specialist items do carry a small surcharge which is standard, however there is a large variety of items included within the overnight rate. Lovely hotel

Pros: Comfort, warmth, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast.
Cons: Communication between front desk and restaurant, needs fixing, caused delay in family meal booking. Lack of staff in certain areas like lounge bar
Location: Location excellent access within Cumbernauld, Dobbies Garden Centre, at main entrance. Easy Access motorway, The Falkirk Wheel and Kelpies and Glasgow
Great place for me and husband, very near to my family and easy access around all facilities in and around Cumbernauld. No complaints but need to return and make use of all the facilities.

Not dog friendly
