Nice hotel in a convenient location to renew visas

Posted Dec 20, 2017
This is the first time that I go to Guadalajara to renew my visa. I looked for a comfortable hotel close to both consulate locations. This hotel is 10 minutes away from each place. The whole place is beautiful surounded by big trees, the room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, the staff was very kind always willing to help. What I loved the most was the food, that buffet was just amazing, they had an impressive variety of juices and food. I also had to use twice the business center, it came in very handy for the visa renewal too. I am definitely going to go back next year.

Hotel rooms are cold no heater provided. Found small bugs in bedding and sheets.

Zero profesionalism, zero polite staff. I spent more than 30 minutes to do the checking

Great time in Mexico

Posted Oct 20, 2017
Location: To get to anyplace you needed to take a taxi which was no problem since the fares were very inexpensive.
The hotel was top notch with great service, rooms and food. The morning buffet had everything that anyone would want to eat and the one dinner we had their was perfect.

Very nice and clean hotel

Cons: Since you have second floor rooms, you need to put an elevator.
Location: Excellent location walking distance to a mall.
The staff is very nice and helpful. We had to go out and a bellboy came to our room with an umbrella so we won't get wet. Excellent customer service.

Beware: absurd charges in breakfast buffet!

Posted Sep 7, 2017 on Hotels
It is unbelievable and unacceptable that when paying for a buffet breafkast of almost $300 MXN they charge you for TEA! Restaurant manager was very kind- he said they´ve had the same complaint due to a recent charge policy since they changed tea brands. I´d rather have a simple local tea brand and support local economy than an expensive simple "British" tea bag- paying an additional value not inlcuded in a *buffet*!! It´s so outrageous and absurd that they just lost a client (...and surely it´s not just me).
