Great location Poor breakfast, expensive late checkout, poor bathroom design

Your comments regarding the bathroom design and breakfast will definitely be taken into consideration in order to improve our services and facilities. Is there possibly a something specific that you would like to see on the breakfast buffet in future? Please also accept my sincere apology for the luke warm water in the basin. The location is good and the rooms are nice and quick response when I needed to order transportation from the airport to the hotel

Property was beautiful inside, was very clean and modern. Location in relation to shopping and restaurants was excellent. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

Very good hotel with amazing staff

The staff is wonderful and the hotel is quite nice. Towels were inconsistent - some plush, some not; while the bed linens were amazingly soft. Johannesburg - even Sandton - is a bit rough, so walking around was not recommended. Still there are lots of food options nearby either in the mall below the hotel, or in the square
