Close to shops, cafe wasn't open on the weekend but used menu log to get pizza which worked out well

Convenient for my office

Pros: Convenient, comfortable, decent restaurant.
Cons: Slow service in the restaurant as food is cooked to order. Slow line to order food in the mornings. Find of you're on holiday but not for business.
Location: Plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk.
Comfortable rooms. The normal minor inconveniences like no power points available next to the bed without unplugging something else. Some hotels are providing USB sockets but not here. Comfortable bed and the water pressure in the shower was terrific in my room.

What do we pay for?

We expect clean sheets and mattress covers that fit the king bed that the room rate was based on - combine that with non controllable air conditioning it made it an uncomfortable stay. With road works blocking roads and no uber eats available it is a bit out of the way place at present for the price!

We encourage all guests to contact reception with any issues they have so the team can respond appropriately and ensure a comfortable stay. It is unfortunate this did not happen on your stay with us. Whilst we are not located in the CBD, we do have a number of local restaurants and also transport options to assist guests with their stays. Reception are available 24 hours a day to attend to any guest enquiries and requests.

Comfort level below expectations!

Mattress was too old as poor condition and the sheets didn't even cover the mattress area, plus no space pillows and air conditioning would not adjust as room too hot so overall not up to scratch for the style of hotel and price so we were fairly disappointed sibce last stay.

Lovely

Pros: Bath and top floor room with a view.
Cons: The paintings were monotonous. Same prints copied over and over.
Location: Lovely quiet location and there's a great shopping centre/mall close by.
On the day of our booking I rang to enquire if our room had a bath. Joshua advised me no but he changed our room so we had a bath. Staff were friendly and room was nice and clean. Such a shame that the guests that turned up around 7am on Sunday morning in the room next to ours didn't have the manners to be quiet and not be yelling and carrying on.

Pros: Pleasing aesthetics and wide walkways.
Cons: The comfort of the beds. Dining facilities over the weekend being offered to all guests.
We have stayed previously and found the rooms comfortable. Unfortunately this time we had two beds pushed together and one mattress was at least 6cms higher than the other so this made the bed extremely uncomfortable and we had interrupted sleep due to this. It's also disappointing that they advise no food or beverage service over the weekends, however, bus groups are catered for in great numbers downstairs for breakfast. I'm not sure why this breakfast option would not be open to all guests.

I am disappointed that our Housekeeping Team has not ben up to the standard, I will address this with the team to ensure service standards are maintained. The café are part of the building and not operated by the hotel. They are only opened during the weekend when we have groups staying with us. There is the coffee club 5 mins walking distance up the road, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also we have placed menulog details in the room.
