We were on the first floor and when the people who were staying above us came into their room, not only could you hear every pounding step they took, but our light fixtures that are in the ceiling would rattle. Very annoying.

The room was very nice with a full size fridge, basic cooking utensils, cook top and dishwasher. The bathroom included fullsize bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. Basic cable in which you could just hook your laptop up to the hdmi. I enjoyed the stay!

I liked my room. I got the one bedroom suite because my daughter was going to visit me most days with my 1 year old granddaughter who was still crawling and I needed room for her to roam. It had lots of room. It was very clean. Housekeeping was once a week. I was there 6 days so no housekeeping, which is what I preferred anyway. I liked that it had free laundry and a nice workout room. I assumed it had a breakfast but it didn't. My fault for assuming. My daughter and I went to a grocery store and I bought things to make for breakfast. It wound up I ate less and healthier at breakfast. It appears to be a place where workers live, for the work week, maybe longer. There were lots of kitchen appliances available for use. It had a very friendly front desk. Perhaps a bit overpriced in my opinion. But I had a good stay.

The property is nice, and the rooms are great. The internet service, wi-fi is horrible. I could not watch tv and use my laptop at the same time. It was very difficult to get an internet connection even after the TV issue was discovered and turned off. It was extremely frustrating.

Clean room and all the comforts of home.
Very comfortable and quiet hotel while staying for several days. Our dog was welcomed. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Everything worked, including the entry key on first try. We knew we wouldn't have maid service, and that was quite okay with us. We will stay there again.

Will stay again - and be happy I did.
I was very impressed with the property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had free onsite washers and dryers - which was great because this stay was part of 3 weeks on the road. The kitchenette (fully stocked, by the way, was great and I was able to cook myself a good breakfast every morning before I went out for the day. Will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.

I did not understand that this is not truly a hotel but, an extended stay property. Daily maid/clean up service is not provided. Room was clean and desk personnel where helpful.

The stay was ok. I was however disappointed there was no hand soap for the bathroom and the room had no coffee. I have paid less for a motel room with nicer things for the patrons to use.

As a brand IHG has removed high touch items like coffee from the rooms, we do have it available at the front desk and 24 hours in the Candlewood Cupboard. We will definitely speak to the staff and use this as a training moment. The soap that we offer in the rooms is a bar of soap, again we will use this as a training moment.
