There was a homeless man sleeping in the pool area and one of my guys woke up covered in bed bug bites.

Mold around the bathtub, out of breakfast, dogs allowed in the hotel room barking in the morning and at night, homeless people asking for money, 1/3 of the gym equipment broken, and excrement left in the lobby toilet for two days along with water on the floor. Rooms were okay.

Property seemed to be in good shape. It was clear some remodeling had been done. They had two entrances, one on each side of the building. Several exits, all of which would lock behind you. My key card quite working and had to be reprogram. This was the only problem I had.

The inside the building the walls were very dated, cracked and badly needed painted. The room floors were very sticky. The shower floors were dirty and there was hair in the tub, which we didn't use.

Clarion downtown Greeley
Room had hair on the bathroom floor and on sheets on bed . There was also mold in bathroom room corners. Pool states indoor pool but no heating in pool area. It's basically a closed in our door pool . My kids where so disappointed they couldn't swim. Staff was chasing people around the building. This place was disgusting and unprofessional. Never staying here again

For the price, I expected the hotel to be updated and maintained. This was far from true. Worn out and damaged areas are strewn throughout the building. The bedding is subpar to say the least. Checking in and out was smooth and the girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The location is good and I personally enjoyed hearing the train, my husband did not. Would not recommend until TLC is given to this structure.

I rent a room with king bed and i get a room with 2 queen beds, not for i reserve, the lady in reception told me thats ok will charge the same, my wife and me go to rent an another hotel, didn't like i and never cameback again

Terrible - do not stay here
This hotel was awful. Several homeless individuals with animals randomly inside the hotel and outside of it. The interior of the building smelled like weed. There were what looked like bullet holes in headboards and there was even human feces in the hallway one morning. There is also a train track behind the hotel and a train comes through every couple hours all night with a loud horn that will constantly wake you up. Do no stay here.

Not worth the price
I booked a mid-priced room in a rural town thinking I'd get something decent. This was not the case. It was right next to a rail road track and the train noise made for an unrestful stay. The place was in desperate need to repair and updating.

When I checked in i immediately noticed the room I was given was so dirty. There were stains on the sheets. Dust everywhere. Both end tables had some sticky residue as well as the phone had the same sticky residue. I had to use that same dirty phone to request new bedding cause I did not believe the room had been cleaned. I asked the front desk person when the room was last cleaned and she had told me just this morning. I then invited her to come in and look as the phone I had to use to call her. She then says “I don’t know what you want me to do.” It was a terrible experience I ended up not staying the rest of my booking after that first night. There was so much else wrong. The worst thing in my book was the stain that I believed to be dried blood on the dresser.

Poor check in process, employee of hotel woke up one of my employees at 12:30 at night claiming he wasn’t supposed to be staying there, all room cards were deactivated the next day. Room was dirty, nightstand handles were hanging off the nightstand, microwave was disgustingly dirty, 2 outlets in the room didn’t work, bathtub had stains and grime in it, hallways smelled like cigarettes and pot. Back entry door area smelled of urine and broken motorcycle parked next to the door. One of my employees asked where the stairs were and kept being directed to the elevator with no actual answer about the stairs. Room overlooked the pool in which there were children screaming at the pool up until midnight even though the pool “closes” at 10, no answer when calling down to the front desk.

Black mold all over bathroom ceiling, not a little, hallways show HEAVY damage and carpet past life by 2 years, windows have mold around them, they aren't locking correctly and a plastic 1/4 " stick is blocking window closed to prevent entry but is cut to wrong length and provides zero security

The facility was nice and clean. It is a downtown area with restaurants and shopping and was centrally located. The only thing that might put some people off, which I found charming, is the railroad track and train whistle that happened every couple of hours.

nastiest gross hotel ever!
this is the nastiest grossest motel i have ever stayed at. "breakfast" was a joke. couple of eggs, dried out bread, did have the waffle maker but it was nasty. security door in pool area broken. anyone could use it. same with the side entrance no locks crackheads hanging about. guy came into the main lobby screaming at the desk agent demanding a free room agent so sorry but no the guy went outside and passed out on the sidewalk. front desk agent called an ambulance and off he went! dog poop in the hallways diarrhea from a dog [we think] all the way down the entrance and down the hallway. did not feel safe there at all. rooms were beat down with gross carpet and dirt in the bathroom pretty much everywhere. whoever owns this motel should be ashamed to rent rooms to guests. i talked with folks staying there and they were also disgusted with their stay. oh and the picture showing a nice lawn to hang out on by the pool was dirt and rock and lots of dog poop. ive stayed at questionable hotels in my life but nothing even compares to this quality inn.

Disappointing Cleanliness and Breakfast
The carpet in the hallways and in our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. There was even a used q-tip on the floor next to the bed. The bathtub had noticable dirt in it. The armchair and curtains were stained. There was a large hole in the wall behind our door. The ' continental ' breakfast was waffles, fruit, cereal, and oatmeal. Very disappointed and will not stay again, not worth the price at all.

The exterior was a warning. Dead trees, bushes, dirt in exterior. Main parking entrance was smoking hangout and concrete was dirty. Huge dangerous hole in parking area. Security door left open, unable to use key card for alternate door access. Poor lighting in bathroom of room, poor renovation in bathroom slapped together with random boards around bathtub, wall paper not applied correctly. Expedia should not list as option.

Nastiest place I have ever seen. Room smelt like an ashtray. Carpet was filthy. I would not dare walk on it barefoot! Bathroom had a hole in the ceiling, mold, mildew. Nope not good at all😡
